I walked in this place after ordering with the app and since I wanted to pay with cash and I had never done it before I asked the Manager and she couldn't figure out what I was even talking about. So then I repeated my order to her and she tried to charge me $28.×× and I remember the app was only charging me $21.** Then she tried to rush me out saying that they were closing and I should wait outside for my food.. I refused and insisted on the app price because I was refusing to pay the extra 7dollars just because she was unable to use her own company's app (as a Manager). So after she over rode the register with a promo code and I finally paid. She still insisted I go outside, after refusing to go outside I demanded my cup so I could enjoy my drink while waiting. It was a whole 15 minutes till 10pm which is the time the lobby is supposed to close. She kept pushing me out the door. So once I looked in my bag I was outside and when I kept knocking on the door to let her know that I was missing a fry, 3 sauces for my nuggets and I didn't receive my catsup either. They refused to open the door. So I walked to the drive up window and they said I had to leave or they were calling the police. I tried to show them my receipt but they shut the window and refused to acknowledge me. A few people in the parking lot told me that because I am on a bike she probably thought I was homeless because she always treats them in this manner. Homeless or not I am a paying customer and have the right to get what I paid for even if it was just under $24. What is wrong with you Mickey D"s ? I'm...
Read moreBad bad bad service we went on a road trip and the kids got hungry we needed something fast and something they would like so we stopped at this McDonald’s. The 1st issue as we pulled up to the drive thru was that it seems like the area is not a safe place since there was a private security cop car and the guards where by the front of the store talking to a woman that did not look very decent. As I approached the ordering speaker to order my food the girl taking my order repeated it to me back correctly so she asked me to go to the second window and they asked me to park in space #1 until they finished getting my food ready. When I went to the designated area there was a car already on that spot but I had a handicap sticker so I parked next to spot #1 and waiting for the person to come out. Upon waiting the guy that was bringing out the food did not know where and who’s food he had and gave the bags with food to the drivers to check themselves, well helloooo I don’t want random people touching my bags with food so I stopped him and told him what my order he said he was just waiting on one item to come out and would bring it out as soon as it was done, so I waited next thing you know it was more than 20 mins till I finally decided to go in and tell them I wanted a full refund the manager said he did my food twice but the employee had messed up and gave it to the people on other vehicles i was upset at that point got my refund and went across the street to jack...
Read moreOk a very interesting thing happened here that blew me away....I was owed like 3 dollars and 68 cents for my order...the cashier gives me the 3 dollars but tells me they do not have change so they will keep the 68 cents. When questioned again, because i thought i must have heard wrong i was informed again that they do not have the change so they will just keep it or i can cancel the order. I said keep it.
Now I'm not going to go into my personal thoughts but I'll say this...the.fact that im pretty much being muscled to I'm keeping ur change and if u don't like it move on is a pretty sad situation we are in. I won't go back there and I'll leave it at that. What i did do was order some nonsense order to where when I was again charged and i paid the dollar amount and told them to take the change out of my previous change they kept. The guy at the register said i couldn't do that the manager who was standing nearby had already listened to my last speech about just assuming they can keep the change and say I'm don't have enough did the right thing and intervened and told him what.i was saying was right or it made.sense.
I have my thoughts and sentiments on this but I'll keep to myself so the overall message is that this McDonald's has made its own (in full disclosure i did not inquire of this was their corporate policy or not) rule for just keeping the coin part of customers money. And if it ok with that then ok u have been told about...
