We went there because my wife loves to eat at the Outback on her birthday. The server seemed be less than thrilled to be at work. There were quite a few mistakes that she made throughout the night. The first was during ordering. We use the automated system to order a Bloomin Onion and your shrimp on the barbie . When the waitress came to the table she acknowledged that she saw that the order had come through. She asked if we were ready to give our order. My son did not know what he wanted as he had been playing with the children's menu. So we skipped him and the rest of the table ordered. When the rest of the table was finished she left, without getting my son's order. So I decided to put the order in using your automated system. I let her know when she came back and she said that she would try and cut it off before it made it to the table so we could all eat together. We said thank you. The Bloomin Onion came out and it was delicious, but there was no sign of the shrimp on the barbie. We also noticed that there was no bread on the table either. When she comes back, we ask for refills on on my son's drinks, we asked for the shrimp on the barbie and we also ask for bread. My son then gets his food with our appetizers. He of course starts to eat it and finish it. Then has to sit and wait for us to get our meals. I know these are all small things but added together it put a damper on my...
Read moreI recently visited Outback Steakhouse, known for its steak and seafood offerings, and had an overall great experience. From the moment I walked in, the service stood out. My waitress was training a new staff member, and it was impressive to see how well she managed both tasks, ensuring excellent service for everyone at our table. She was attentive, friendly, and made the dining experience that much more enjoyable.
The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, providing a comfortable environment for a casual dinner. It felt like the perfect place for both a night out with friends or a family meal.
As for the food, I tried the steak and an appetizer of chicken wings. While the food quality was decent, it didn’t quite reach the level of "wow" I expected. The steak was cooked well but could have been more flavorful, and the wings were good, though a bit on the milder side. However, the standout of the evening was the service. It’s not often you see a waitress so dedicated to making sure the new staff member is trained so effectively, all while providing great service to guests.
In conclusion, I would definitely recommend Outback Steakhouse for the superb service and friendly atmosphere. While the food was fine, the experience was made special by the staff, and that’s what really made the evening memorable. Would I go...
Read moreFirst time here. Knowing it was a Friday night, we were recommended to make reservations online. 8:30 pm. When we got there, we were asked to wait for a bit. Along came a I'm assuming the manager. Very friendly, took us to our seat. Looking around there wasn't much people in. Alot of empty tables around. There was a group of I'd say 10. But they were finishing up not long after we were sat down. Our waitress said she'd be with us and never came back. The manager happen to come by again and got our drink orders and appetizer in seeing the waitress hadn't done so. It wasn't busy, so I'm not sure what was going on. I hope she had a better night after work, though. We did still tip her. Anyways, blooming onion was OK. Oily as to be expected. So much hype around it just wanted to try it. My steak was cooked very nicely, I got it medium rare. My husband got his medium rare too, but I think his was more on the rare side. Dessert was ok, too. I forgot to take a picture. It was a brownie something with ice cream on top. So overall food was OK. Experience was OK, too,...
