Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Fresno

Went here recently to give them another try. Before the food was unseasoned(Chicken) Well today I went thru the drive thru with a friend asked we can make seperate orders , the guy said no. So we went inside to order & dine in. It was only two customers inside. We received our food within two minutes. Though I seen some nice pieces of Chicken under the warmer, I received 3 small pieces (kids meal) size, and it wasn't fresh. My friend received her meal her meal . Her Fish was really dark as if it was cooked in old grease . She took it back up to the front, The cook stated the cashier gave her this bad piece of fish, ans instead gave her several more pieces of horrible fish. A older lady, one of the cooks was eating Chicken near the food. Her pieces looked fresher than mine. Smh. This location Kings Canyon & Peach needs training in the cooking area, and the customer service area. I won't be going back to this location. They deserves 0 stars. my Friend wanted Black eye Peas they said they dont have any. I emailed corporate about the experience. Received a reply sorry for my experience. Hope I come back in the future. NO THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE. THIS WAS MY 3RD VISIT. GIVE YOUR CUSTOMER SMALL OLD PIECES OF CHICKEN WHILE U STAND IN PLAIN VIEW EATING THE FRRSH PIECES. I brought some chicken wings from this location. When I opened the container it looked more like chicken soup. The wings were in so much sauce. It was more like chicken soup. I got online and was given a choice of my mo ey back or some points to redeem later. I was like I always go to popeyes. So, fo with the points. BIG MISTAKE.. NEVER GET POINTS. They don't work in Fresno, California. I went into the popeyes location and ask the manager why it was not working. She even tried and told me they don't take points. So I contacted customer service. A BIG WASTE OF TIME. Do you know they don't even give you a live person to talk to. THEY WANT TO PLAY KID GAMES AND MAKE YOU TEXT THEM. It was so upsetting. It shows they don't care to help you. Or care about your business. So, I am done with popeyes. I know they have got caught with rats and roaches in some location back east I have seen on the news. KFC didn't not have to spend a dime to get me back. Popeyes did it for them. It is really sad that a company would take your money and not do the right this. Now, I have been contacted by some people. Who would like me to post the things they see . Some are workers at certain locations and businesses. So, they can't find them to harass or discharge them...

I gave it a 2 stars only because the man I talked to on the phone (Elijah) was very kind. Unfortunately this is the Popeyes closest to us so we come here & no lie something is always missing or they give us a complete different order! On Wednesday after work my husband went by to get dinner before coming home & our order was completely wrong, I called spoke to Elijah he said come in we’ll take care of it for you. Today Friday October 31st lol I called spoke to the sweet guy tells me he’s come on by we’ll take care of you well my husband goes & manager is rude but Elijah helped him, PERFECT! Guess again lol 😂 my husband gets here & it’s still not right lmbo at this point I’m just like dude are they messing with us?! Food was cold & the wrong sandwiches & sides again lol but we got large drinks 🤷🏼‍♀️ so that’s cool. Update lol so I said well we might as well eat this one cause the last one we just tossed in the trash, umm not sure but I feel that they now did this bag on purpose, how sad if yall really treat your customers like this. This food went in the trash too unfortunately. They should have just gave us the money back. Stay away from this Popeyes yall. & if Elijah made our order then he’s not a cool dude lol cause this was a joke. Happy...
