Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Fresno

Came in to get some ice cream and place an order for a full sheet birthday cake. Unfortunately left really disappointed with Jacqueline’s customer service. She was being very rude when I was trying to place my order and looking at the designs they offered. After trying to rush me to make a decision on picking a cake design they offered I mentioned to I would come another day she just rolled her eyes and walked away mumbling to her coworkers about me & how I didn’t want to place my order. I don’t understand how someone would feel comfortable placing an order when someone is being nasty towards them for no reason. Especially considering that they had no other customers. When I mentioned to her the reason I didn’t want to place an order was bc of her poor attitude she dismissed me. I really hope she has a better day. Kindness is definitely free and...

Wanted to say thank you to the employees at Baskin Robbins on Peach/Kings canyon. A group of us about 20 stopped by after our Bible Study at our local church. We got there right as they were about to close. Your employee Angelina was so kind and let us all in to order. Your entire staff treated us all very kind and respectful. The owner of this location told their employees to only allow customers to try three flavors before they have to buy. I toke my family to this location for years and this is the first employee who said you can't try a fourth flavor because you already tried three ??? What!! So my family walked out. She said the owner told her this. Baskin Robbins needs to do better. This is wrong!!!!

We try a few and then buy. I spent so much dam money there you're telling me I can't try 4 different flavors.
