Fantastic food. Highly recommend. To go orders and when you order on Door Dash, they package your food up very nicely. Everything is neat and organized and nothing is messy or falling apart or spilled over. Hands down best organized packaging for to go orders. Amazing salsa variety. Highly recommend the quesabirria tacos and the consommé. The mulitas are delicious. Fantastic carne asada tacos and tortas. Highly recommend! Wonderful food and fantastic service.

Update: 04/10/2025: They have now moved to a new location and now have an actual sit down little restaurant on Mckinley near First St. Small place with a few tables and a small parking lot. The place is very very clean and inviting. The food is just as good as I remember. Quesabirria tacos w/ a side of consome (does not come with consome, you must add it) are delish. The Quesatacos w/ asada are amazing. They're quesabirria and quesatacos are not dripping with grease, they're fried and plated very cleanly with no greasy drippy soggy tacos, you still get that amazing CRONCH when you bite into your taco and they still come with slices of radish & cucumbers. The staff is warm and friendly. Highly recommend going to check out their new location. Their food is still wonderful as always and still the same...

Searched for quesabirria joints on Maps & TSM came up as one of the best in Fresno inside a gas station/Harman Mart (no tables - takeout). My daughter is a quesabirria enthusiast & said this was the best she's had in the Valley. I had an enormous 3lb asada burrito & we also got a giant asada torta for good measure. All of the ingredients were top notch, fresh, and obviously cooked with care and health in mind (minimal grease, etc.). In fact, my burrito could have come straight outta the SF Mission District had I added some sour cream and avocado. THIS QUALITY IS HARD TO FIND IN THE VALLEY FOLKS!!!...

Just a heads up this taqueria is located inside the gas station store and has no indoor seating. It ended up being such an incredible find during our stop- I would give them 100 stars if I could. The servers were cheerful, polite & very helpful. They have specials on certain days of the week like taco Tuesday, burrito Wednesday and quesabirria Thursday 🌮
