i never usually do this but this one girl that works there annoyed me so much. i made an online order through the dunkin app and i ordered a 10 ct jelly munchkins, a soursough sandwich and a half dozen with chosen different kinds of donuts (jelly, chocolate filled, glazed, chocolate long john, chocolate and strawberry donut) when this girl was getting my order ready, she just gave me assorted munchkins so i nicely asked her that i did ordered ALL JELLY MUNCHKINS but then she said “that’s not what was in the order from the app” in a sassy way. so ok, that was my bad and i said sorry but i still asked if i could still get the jelly munchkins instead she said they’re out of it. so then i said ok, it’s fine. when she was getting the half dozen donuts ready she told me they were out of some of the donuts i ordered online and that tHey OnLy hAvE stRawbErRy aNd ChoColAte doNuTs, so i said i’ll take them but then i looked at their donut case i can literally see they have chocolate long john donuts so i asked her if they’re out of some of the donuts i asked for, what’s that long john doing in the case, is it not for sale? then she just ignored me and gave me one long john. istg this girl is so rude, but i was still being nice, because i get it, i work for starbucks too and customer service could be really hard most of the times but omg be atleast nice or professional. i’m not going back there. the only reason i would drive extra 5 miles for this dunkin is because they have the jelly munchkins, said the app. worst customer service ever. i hope that girl get talked to about her attitude....
Read moreIf I could give them zero stars, I would. If the manager is a kid and doesn't have customer service skills, I don't blame the employees when they're childish and don't have customer service skills. Every time I come to this location, I'm always disappointed.
I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 items, when I got to the window, the girl took payment, didn't even greet or talk to me, handed me my card, and gave me my pastrie and off she walked away. The other girl by the coffee machines told her I think she's waiting for her coffee. She gave me my coffee without a straw and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. She then left and had to wait for her again to come back to the drive-thru. I told her I needed a straw, please, she's glares at me and throws it at me. I forgot about my 3rd item, which she didn't remember. I left and came back, and the girl who told her about my coffee brought me my 3rd item, who was very sweet.
I asked for light ice, and they filled my cup with ice. The Asian girl that works there with her hair flying all over the store glares at people and tells me sarcastically, "How many pieces of ice do you want 1".
This location has horrible management, horrible and disgusting customer service. They're all kids, all pmsing and acting like they're the ones owning the world and everyone else is under them. No respect at...
Read moreI’m not one to leave reviews, but going to this location, I had to say something about just the terrible service this store has. I have worked in the restaurant industry for 7+ years and have ran restaurants. This store is so dysfunctional. I order here because it’s close to home and when the order is made correctly it is done really nicely. I usually order on the app an iced coffee and ask them to put whipped cream on there because the app has no option to put whipped cream on there. I was told that next time they can’t because it’s an up charge. Paying an up charge is no big deal to me. I’ll pay the upcharge but there is no option to on the app. While I was trying to explain that she can just charge me when I get to the window because there’s no option on the app, very rudely she cut me off and said they’d have it ready at the window. And they made it wrong. There’s been times I’ve gone and they’ve been out of coffee, and inconsistency with their rules and inconsistency with their product. I get SO much better service at maplewood but it’s a farther drive for me. I only go there on my way to work. So I go here because it’s close to home. And with the inconsistency I try time and time again to give them a chance to do better. Looks like I need to make the farther drive if I want better service.
