This place hurt to go to. First of all, the service was horrible. Whenever we walked in, we waited about three minutes for a waiter to escort us to a table. The waiter had poor communication, which could have been solved with server training. When we sat down, I noticed no napkins or soup spoons provided first thing, which is usually a priority. Napkins had to be asked for, and spoons were given when the food was given. This made no sense, as the chopsticks were already at the table. Anyways, the menu could have been expanded, as there were only certain appetizers and limited entrees. The menu was also poorly created, as it had few professionalism, (side note: the icon of the restaurant, or a fox, looked like it could have been A.I. generated). A waiter came to ask for our food, in which we clearly communicated, but the waiter had a hard time speaking and hearing us. After we ordered, we waited for about thirty minutes, where only one out of the four people at our table received food. Everyone else had to wait another half hour. This place had taken so long to give food to one customer that he tried leaving. A waiter and the manager (I assume) chased after the man with the takeout in his hand, trying to give it to the man. He clearly didn’t want the food anymore, so he got in his car and drove away. I don’t blame him. The situation was not handled well, and the waiters tried covering it up. Please keep in mind, the waiters were severely understaffed. I counted two waiters walking around, one even jogging. I saw many other tables try to flag these waiters down, in which they just walked away. Again, server training would make this horrible problem so much better. Our table waited for so long that we decided that this place wasn’t worth the wait. As we walked to pay, the manager walked with his cart of food to deliver the cold meal. Now, we get to probably the only good part about this restaurant. The food was amazing, I daresay authentic. However, this food was not at all worth the long wait. The service was horrible, the environment was not great, and the food wasn’t worth it. I pray that you avoid this restaurant until they give proper waiter training and faster food. Many other places would be so much better....
Read moreMy wife and I recently had a fantastic lunch at WonderPho! The food was delicious and flavorful. Next, I tried the vermicelli bowl with beef. Everything I like, which was light and tasty—perfect for a cool day.
The highlight of my wife's meal was the beef pho. It came with three different cuts of beef, and each one was tender and flavorful. The broth was rich and savory, making it a comforting choice. She started her meal with some spring rolls that were packed with fresh veggies, while I had the Vietnamese egg rolls, which added a nice crunch to my meal.
The service at WonderPho was excellent! The staff was friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. The atmosphere was welcoming with nice decorations and lighting that really set the mood. They also played good music, but I noticed there were a few songs with some bad language. It would be better if they played more family-friendly music since this is a great place for families to enjoy a meal together.
In total, my lunch, which included all the food and two sodas, came to around $45 with the tip. I think that’s a great deal for such a delicious meal!
Overall, I highly recommend WonderPho if you're looking for a wonderful dining experience. You won’t be...
Read moreWe recently discovered this Vietnamese restaurant a few weeks ago, and we've already been back four times, it's that good! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The restaurant is incredibly clean and well-kept, with friendly and attentive service that makes you feel right at home.
The food is truly outstanding. The Bo Luc Lac (shaking beef) is hands down the best I’ve had in the area, tender steak perfectly seared with onions and bell peppers, made even better when dipped in their fresh lime juice and seasoning. My family is hooked on their Pho, rich, flavorful broth with generous portions of meat and noodles. Another standout is the Bun Bo Nuong, a vermicelli dish topped with char-grilled lemongrass beef that’s packed with flavor.
My son can’t get enough of their Wonder Pho, which comes with beef noodles and tender short ribs. Every dish we've tried has been seasoned just right, full of bold, balanced flavors, and served in generous portions.
