Andy's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Frisco

EDIT: Emailed their customer service as advised and 4 days have passed, but no response. Clearly, they don't care about customer feedback.

Visited this place just a few minutes back on a Sunday evening. The people who work here have no idea what they are doing.

I ordered a regular stolen brownie sundae, which includes, among other items, roasted pecans. When I received it, I noticed that the pecans are missing. So I went back and asked them why there are no pecans on it. The person at the counter said that the order was placed without pecans when I had made no such request. It appears that whoever entered the order clicked the wrong button. I told them that the order should include pecans, at which point, some lady who appeared to be the manager at that time said that pecans would cost extra. I told them that the menu already lists pecans as included, but she continued to argue.

I even took a picture of the menu and showed it to her, at which point she said to contact "Andy's HR" and she did not give me any point of contact. She was not just rude, but wrong. I have attached a picture of the menu that I shared with her.

When I realised that her arguments were nonsensical, I decided to pay the extra $ and I even told her that I will be writing about this online.

The people working here are clueless about the work they are doing or what is included in what order.

My experience at this Andy’s was absolutely terrible today. Based off the website, Andys has there normal operating hours posted despite the inclement weather and nothing additional posted about closing early. Upon arriving a group of 4 employees were taking out the trash and we asked if they were still open to which they replied there’s 8 more minutes we asked if we would still order and they kindly replied yes. When ordering, the woman we were speaking to was incredibly rude had an extremely bad attitude. She proceeded to cut us off before we could finish the first item in our order. Furthermore, she was glaring at us, aggressively tapping the screen, had a horrible tone, and was banging things around while making the order. Andy's is always a favorite with our family! Unfortunately, there are none located within a decent driving distance of our home. So, when we're in this area or driving through, we'll make a stop for a special treat which is always a big hit especially if the kids don't realize that it's part of the plans. This location is clean with friendly staff, has nostalgic look/design to the building of an old-fashioned, walk-up, ice cream shop, and has a glass front to the room with the machine that makes the frozen custard so that anyone who wants to can watch. There are benches in the front so that you can sit and enjoy your treat if you don't want to return to your car. However, you can't enter the building itself. There is also a drive thru if you don't want to get out and order at the window.
