Crumbl — Restaurant in Frisco

Okay, so I don't even needs to sit here and talk about how good a Crumble cookie is. That is obvious and if you don't know this review isn't for you.

I wanted to take some time and talk about this particular Crumble location. This store is awesome! It is so clean you would never even know that they make cookies in there - except that there are cookies for sale all over the place. The smell is perfect balance of a clean store and fresh Crumble cookies! They should bottle that smell. Somehow the cookies just taste a little better at this store.

And the staff - OMG! They are all so super nice and energetic. They are very happy to help one meet one's cookie needs the minute one walks in the store. I was helped by a girl there . . . I think her name was Gabi. Super helpful. This girl knows her cookies! In fact, when I go to this store I make sure she is working before I go. Everyone else there seems like they are super capable, but Gabi is my jam!

My only complaint is the location. I live near downtown and have to really travel to get this far north, but Gabi, the rest of the staff, the cookies and the store in general make the trip worthwhile. I definitely recommend this place. If you don't know,...

Last Thursday, I decided to give this place a try & ordered online. I usually order from Tiff’s Treats but I wanted more variety. When I got there to pickup my order, I waited patiently for the young lady to box it. Another customer entered afterwards, stood there for over 10 minutes &, still wasn’t greeted or acknowledged. If that was me I would’ve definitely cancelled my order!! When the young lady finally handed me my order, I noticed how sloppy it looked. Icing was on my hands & all on the box. So I proceeded to clean the box off. When I opened it, the cookies & brownies looked horrible. I’ve seen kid’s on cooking shows do way better!! I had to ask for my gift wrap option, that I paid for, as she looked confused & lost. I had to ask for my requested note option & received same confusing look. Attempted to pick up my online order. Talked to 3 different people, all of them told me they couldn't find the order because I didn't check in on the app. I don't have the app. I don't order cookies that often. Second girl says it will be 5 more minutes, okay, I can wait. Third person repeats what the first 2 said, I have already been briefed, if I cannot order cookies online because I cannot check in, how am I supposed to know that? He says "I will just refund your order," I told him that was okay, I just wanted the cookies, he then looks up as says "I'm not serving you." WAIT. I thought you said you couldn't find my order because I didn't check in online?

I am still struggling to understand what happened. I didn't do anything wrong except ask why there aren't clear instructions on the website about "checking in on the app." I didn't cause a scene, I didn't yell or get angry.
