Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Frisco

Had to change my 4 star review to a 1. Had Pizza delivered by contactless delivery. My order was supposed to be delivered at 5:37PM. I called at 5:43PM to check on the order. The kid who answered the phone was rude as hell. I started talking and he said "hold on a minute" when he came back to the phone he didn't give me any clarification as to why I needed to be placed on hold so rude and abruptly. I asked him about my delivery and he said "oh, that was delivered at 5:30" I went and checked and it was there outside on the ground in front of my door (which is what I asked for) I asked the employee if they normally deliver the food items by contactless delivery without letting the recipient know that it's been delivered. He said "well we usually tell people" When I grabbed my food, ants had gotten to it. I let him know and he said "Well you asked for it to be on the ground. Next time ask them to knock" I told him we get food delivered like this all the time and this has never happened because we are always alerted when the food is dropped off. He laughed at me and asked if I wanted to "talk to somebody" I said no, I'll leave a review and so will my husband. We also will stop ordering from here. As well as my entire company....

I’m proper gutted with my experience at Jetts Pizza😥. Ordered a takeaway online, rocked up to grab it, and they told me to hang about for a few. Fair enough, I thought, but I was left twiddling my thumbs for over 15 minutes. Finally, they hand me a pizza—wrong name, wrong order! Absolute shambles. I was well cheesed off and told ‘em it wasn’t mine. Turns out, they’d already given my grub to someone else. They offered to remake it or give me a refund, and since I’d driven miles for this order (got allergies, so I made specific requests), I said I’d wait.

Then, to top it off, it starts chucking it down while I’m stood there like a right plonker. Rain stops, but I’m still waiting—over an hour in total! Proper miffed, I was. They said sorry, but it didn’t cut the mustard.

I will give them Three stars, cos their pizzas are usually cracking, but this was a right faff. Still, I’d recommend their...

The food is great,but the service being such trash is unacceptable. We literally spend almost 100 dollars once to twice a week on Jets Pizzas Preston location . The food is truly good,and at first, it was always perfect,but then the past 3-5 times, it's been negligent mess up after messing up or not caring. None. 1)getting or wings with next to no sauce on them(the greed is real) 2) them sending hard cinnamon bread with entirely way too much cinnamon. 3) Be lazy or just flat out disrespectful sending or buffalo wings and BBQ wings in one box together. It's like, where is the consideration 4) tonight 07-01-2025 our food was supposed to be here at 10:09p.m.. we start calling at 10:40p.m. and they are just not answering at all.
