I just had the most horrific experience ever! Ordered my salad without dressing because I do not want the plastic wrapping to touch my salad and when I got my salad, I saw the dressing inside so I went back through the drive thru and told the guy I am not trying to be rude but requested my salad to be remade. It appears he went to speak to the manager and he came back and asked for the salad back and I said as soon as you remake it, I will give it back and the manager came to the window and said "I don't understand why we're doing a hostage negotiation!" I was highly offended at the accusation and he said he had to have the salad back which I was happy to give him once he made the new salad without the dressing inside touching it! I was nice and respectful but coming at me and accusing me of holding a $10 salad hostage is a bit much. I frequent this location weekly and they have HIGH managerial turnover and I can see why. I asked for a District Manager number and he said he could only provide an email which I patiently waited for but instead he gave me a guest service number. He seemed to be very adamant about throwing the salad away and making false accusations. Not a good look for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered a Caesar wrap and instead got a fajita wrap. I didn't look at the receipt or the food until I got home and bit into it. A little frustrating but not the end of the world. I'm not far from here so I drive back go back through the drive through and asked if they could remake it and that my order came out wrong. The guy on the other end seemed irritated with the situation, but proceeded to tell me to pull forward and they would fix it. Waited for a couple of minutes then he swings the window open, practically tosses the bag with the wrap in it towards me doesn't say anything, then slams the window shut. Absolutely AWFUL service. Also opened it up, and there was no caesar dressing, just dried chicken and lettuce....on a "Caesar Wrap"... at that point didn't even care to say anything. Again wasn't a huge deal or the end of the world that the order was messed up. It was how they reacted. The guy was in a tie dye looking hoodie and seemed like he couldn't care less about his job or how to treat customers. I've never had someone toss a bag towards me in the drive through then slam the window...
