Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Frisco

Finally, someone opened a Jimmy freakin' Johns in Frisco! I'm not really sure what made Frisco the anti-JJ location it was but glad to have another option to eat up here. The shop is new so they're understandably still figuring some things out.

1st trip I ordered online while at the house and my order was ready on the shelf by the time I arrived, about an eight minute drive. Walking in I noted an abnormally long line and pool of waiting customers which was a bad sign. I was happy to have ordered online and escaped before the grumbling of impatient patrons ruined my lunch. Pro tip, stop at Chicfila and throw two chicken strips on the Ultimate Porker and you've got yourself a fat boy delight of a meal.

2nd trip I also ordered online from the house and arrived to an empty carryout shelf, a long line of customers, and an apologetic franchise owner (I assume) behind the counter. The app had notified me my sandwich was ready so I gave it a minute or two to see what happened next. I heard the owner explain repeatedly that they were, "out of bread". I didn't hold out much hope of leaving with a sandwich but after 5 minutes of just standing by the carryout shelf one of the sandwich line workers asked me about my order and the owner stepped in to explain he had accidentally fat fingered the "ready" button on my sandwich. Eventually, about 22 minutes after ordering on the app I left with a sandwich.

Come on mang. You can't "run out of bread" during the lunch rush. Some customers just walked out of the store while standing in line (don't blame them), others looked on in disbelief as the sandwiches where churned out at a glacial pace. When your customers are used to a 2-3 minute turn around for a sandwich and it's 22 minutes you're gonna miss some expectations. You gotta earn that freaky fast status. Hope they get up to speed soon. I'll update and adjust the stars if things improve.

3rd trip. 22 minutes from ordering on the app till ready. The owner had to search to find the sandwich when I arrived at 25 minutes as it wasn't on the shelf for pickup. Still 3 stars.

Is it me or has this place gone down. It was more about making a fast sandwich VS getting the sandwich right and quality. Before the guy could even complete my order, the guy was damn near complete with the sandwich. Only realizing I’m still telling him what I don’t want on the sandwich. Then the way they were making it was wrong. They never put the lettuce in the middle of the bread, but on one side. And the quality of produce is horrible. Big onion pieces. The lettuce is wilthered. Tomatoes small and soft and old. They didn’t even put ll the ingredients on the sandwich for the Italian night club and my other sandwich is just empty.

When he asked if I wanted it cut, the guy had already wrapped it up and then took it back out to cut it. I mean absolute horrible service.

They use to not be this way. I’m not sure if the guy Richard with the glasses is a new manager, but I’ve noticed ever since he’s been there and up front, the service has not been great. I get food from here all the time. I don’t know where the other guys who use to work there went but they need them back. The quality do service and food has just gotten bad.

I had to throw both sandwiches away because they were soggy by time we got home. My daughter has been a rewards member with them for a while now and this is unacceptable

I order here all the time literally the EXACT same order, today I ordered and added bacon w extra lettuce to my sandwich as you can see NO bacon in sight and no extra lettuce and light mayo, ranch and mustard. Sandwich was dripping in sauces. I proceeded to call and spoke with a manager , can’t remember the name, but after giving the details of incorrect order he insisted that he made the sandwich and for sure place bacon on there! Sir I do NOT have to lie about the BACON not being on the sandwich, he stated he placed it under the cheese, well I do not see any bacon under the cheese. Do you?
