the place is very clean. The concept is good and agile. They prepare your salad with the ingredients you have on the bar and you choose the size from the beginning. Since you have chosen vegetables and topping, you add the protein and the dressing. There are a wide variety of options, from grilled chicken, pesto chicken, shrimp, salmon, etc. You can also add different types of cheese. There are options to add a soup or you can also choose a wrap with the order if you wish. Finally you choose your drink. When you eat at the restaurant and finish, you can leave the bowl. We love this Salata, and it is our favorite restaurant. Overall, we love Salata restaurants, and we have visited 6 Salatas, and 4 of the 6 we have eaten at several times...but this one is by far, the very best one. I met the owner on our first visit, and have spoken to him on two other occasions. He has hired a great team and they deliver, every time. Ana is typically the store manager when we visit, and she makes sure the experience is superb. I’m a regular, have been going a couple times a week since opening... So happy this location opened in North Frisco. The veggies, meat, fruits and ingredients are always so fresh and delicious.
