the wait staff is horrible. the food is alright though. I live in frisco and have frequent this place several time in hopes that the experience would get better. I however will no longer be going there as this place has no hope unless the wait staff gets more training on customer service. I hate saying this but the Only friendly waitress they have there is for what i know the only white girl that works there and what i believe is the owner/manager. A vietnamese lady i believe to be in her 30's?? let me list the problems i have . #1 the wait staff is too busy chit chatting in a circle to take your order. #2 the order comes out wrong and the waitress doesn't know what to do about it? really??? #3 I particularly have a problem with one of the way the waitresses in the way she handles customers. i eat Pho almost everyday and i drive from Frisco to Plano just to do so because of the service at the only shop i normally eat at. And i work in Mckinney if that tells you anything at all. And this location is 5 minutes from my house! Back to my story! I know exactly what i want when i sit down at any pho restaurant. so i sit down next to a couple who have not ordered yet because they do not know what they want. i was in a time crunch so i sat down and told the waitress i was ready to order. And she rudely told me i had to wait because the couple next to me sat down first. now granted i understand that, but I'm sitting so close to this couple i probably could have eaten off his plate. she could have easily taken my order and then stepped 12 inches to the left and taken their order and put both orders in at the same time. but instead made me wait until she went in a put in their order and made their drinks, before even coming to take my order. so the dumbass excuse my language had to make 2 trips and take a much longer time to get the same job done. Read moreOrdered ahead and wanted to eat short meal with wife and try new place out. Showed up, saw the pleasenwait to be seated. Met "masa" and then he didn't want me to sit because they close at 9. (Current time 8:22). I told him no worries that my wife and I would be quick. (There were 5 other families not close to being finished still.seated eating and a line waiting to pick up Togo orders). Masa went and said something to "david" (as he said people call him that)...they talk and look at us. I go and ask for utensils (they forgot then in order) and bowls to eat. He gave me utensils...then ignored me as he then answered the phone and took and entire order. Then let me know he's not giving me bowls to eat since he's not allowing my wife and I to eat there...I asked why. He said they close setting at 830...I said good, it's not 830...he said "close enough." He offered Togo bowls...I asked him why we couldnt eat there and enjoy our dinner knowing they close at 9 and why he would treat a customer this way. He stuck to it being close to 830 and we could get Togo bowls and eat somewhere else! Wow! Super disappointed in how to treat customers and what your priorities are... Got home...food cold. (Still made it before ubereats could have delivered lol)... Heated it up and food most of the food was great. Read moreHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My family and I have been customers here for 8 years now and overall in the past 2 years the service has really gone downhill. I ordered my food at 1:15 over the phone and the man that stands there and takes the orders over the phone said it would be 15 minutes. I arrive at 1:30, pay, and was told to wait since it wasn’t ready yet. I waited and waited and waited for an hour. I went up to the man one time and asked for an estimate during my wait and told him he told me 15 min, he said “no you mis understood me. I said 50 min”, trying to argue with me. No apology, nothing. I informed him that he said 15 minutes. He proceeded to ignore me and go about his business. I had two other customers right behind me dealing with the same issue where they were told 15 min as well and no food was ready. After an hour I went up to him and asked for a refund. As to which he proceeded to say “I’m putting in an order. Get out of my face”. EXCUSE ME?! What kind of customer service is that? No I’m sorry, nothing. He gave us the refund and let 4 customers walk out without any food. This place is AWFUL. They don’t care about their customers at all.
