Very poor experienced, especially from a Starbucks. The coffee was okay, but as someone who goes to Starbucks multiple time a week definitely expect better from the employees. Didnt catch her name but a heavier set women with a short hair cut was very rude and unfriendly. She snapped at me when she didn't understand what I said because I'm wearing a mask. Then when me and my husband are trying to order breakfast, while we are talking to each other about the menu she obviously was tired of waiting and snaps at us and goes your total is 12 something.. We are both like uhm.. Ok. Left without getting breakfast.. And my husbands drink was made wrong. Probably the worst Starbucks experience...

Iām hoping itās just a new barista that still needs training. My complaint is that there is a sign that states no refunds. If you arenāt going to give a refund then you better have all your employees trained to make the drinks properly. I pretty much just threw away $12.00. This Starbucks should be ashamed of themselves.
