Starbucks — Restaurant in Frisco

Visit day 03/28/24 about 2pm. Let me start by saying that I am a Manager that works in the surrounding area, the customer was TERRIBLE! Lady with glasses and blue hair and guy with the glasses were working.

I came by because I was treating my employees to Starbucks drinks for reaching our goals so I had quite a few, the guy rolls his eyes with every drink and has the most sarcastic/upset tone it was SO rude yet he seemed happy enough talking with the blue haired lady evening laughing.

He was so cold as when I started my order then immediately flipped when he turned away from me it felt so awkward. Last, when my drinks were the blue haired lady just says “There” , I reply “Excuse me” she then repeats “there” and turns her back they then return to their happy conversations…

I was left standing there wanting to ask where the straws were but they didn’t even look my way I felt so rushed and unappreciated. I will definitely never return to this location, we will be going across the street from now on. This is so ridiculous. I don’t mean to rush the main employee that works there. But if I come in to buy coffee, along with most people, i have somewhere to be. I would you just make it at home if i wasn’t on the go. The lady here is rude and seems to judge special requests. I’m 17 and I came in with a friend my age. Behind us was a regular woman who comes in. the employee took our orders then disregarded making them. She told the regular customer “you usually make it before the kids” and proceeded to make hers first. Me and my friend waited 15 minutes for one drink and all i got was an oatmeal. Further more she did not give me my oatmeal add-ins on the side, she had poured a whole packet of brown sugar in it and the nuts and seeds mix. I never would add brown sugar to my oatmeal. I’ve never been given it like that. I was already running late so I just took it the way it was. I pray she didn’t put milk in it because i’m lactose intolerant. Went into the location inside Kroger due to my usual location closed early for holiday. I asked the lady for a grande Cafe Vanilla with no whip and she said so you want a vanilla bean Frappuccino?? I nicely said no I would like a cafe vanilla which has coffee in it along with vanilla bean powder and she just looked at me like she had never heard of this ever. I showed her my app that shows exactly what goes into the drink and she still acted as if I was asking her to make something special that they don’t offer and that I was putting her out to make the drink when she had zero customers. I completely understand not knowing maybe what the drink was but no need to be so rude and tell me “so you want vanilla bean” and when I finally showed her from my phone from the Starbucks site showing what is in it she still didn’t want to make it and I just don’t understand what the problem was.
