Please note this is for the Wendy's at 7201 Preston Rd in Frisco. This past Saturday we decided to get a meal from Wendy's so after the order was electronically placed I drove over to pick up the meal.
Upon arrival back home my daughter and her husband immediately noticed we had four hamburgers which is not what we ordered. What we order was three burgers and a spicy chicken sandwich so apparently the employees working there can't tell the difference between red meat and chicken.
However none of this surprises me anymore because the restaurant industry, especially fast foods have hit rock bottom. You cannot get good customer service anymore and this is primarily due to one thing, Nobody Cares.
Additionally this industry has sold out to franchisees that care about one thing and one thing only, money. Apparently everyone including the franchisees has forgotten who keeps their restaurants open and it's not them, it's their customers.
In a time where all businesses are struggling I would think excellent customer service would be a priority for everyone, but...
Read moreLast Saturday, my mother & I planned to dine-in, but ended up taking to go as we received very poor service. Our food took over 15 minutes & we were treated badly by the cashier named Laverne (she was very rude to us) over a water cup situation. The beverage machine in the lobby looked like it was having mechanical issues, and wouldn't give me water, so I tried a flavor that was available & it worked. Despite the obvious problem, the servant gave me an attitude by telling me I needed to pay for that if I wanted a drink (I threw it away, as I didn't think it was going to be a big deal). My mother asked for another water cup, and the cashier still made it a problem. Every place I've been to the last 10 years + even when I used to work in fast food, we never made it a drama at all about water cups & drinks. Our burgers were cold by the time we got it. Read moreLove the brand but not this location, I've not ever given them a review but I went yesterday 10-4-17 around 6pm for one of my favorite chicken sandwiches. I used to frequent this location but because I've had more bad then good experiences here i stopped going. And everytime I decide to give it another try I leave disappointed they rarely give me my receipt anymore, they take awhile all to give me either the wrong order or stale food. I used to think they must be fixing the chicken for my chicken sandwich fresh that's why it was taking long but I'm wrong almost every time. To me if part of your brand is chicken sandwiches then the chicken on the sandwich should always be fresh who wants a sandwich with luke warm stale chicken with melted cheese and somewhat fresh veggies on top lol.
