Starbucks — Restaurant in Front Royal

Today was buy one get one free until 6pm. We were in line at 5:50pm keeping watch on the time knowing the special was during specific times, 3 cars were ahead of us. It’s now our turn to order and as we are placing our order it was 5:59 and after giving our order to only be told it was 6:01 and the offer was no longer accepted because it couldn't be changed in their system. Wow, does it matter that we were in line 10 min before the time, no obviously not. Customer service is not one of their standards. Thanks for letting us know...

I will never return to this starbucks again.. Victoria whom ever she is there, did not have change for a 50 and my order was 13. She tried to give me nothing but quarters and dimes in rolls, I told her I was not taking that much in change. But if I could get my daughters breakfast sandwich and her grande coffee that I will return with change that I would go break the 50.. she told me no canceled my order and I left with nothing. bought the biggest size caramel ribbon crunch and paid for extra caramel & crunch. once i got the drink i asked if she could add just a little more crunch and she replied “i put some on the bottom, that’s what extra means” so i asked to pay for more and the guy working just gave me a cup of them for free. then looking at the drink there’s barely any caramel. i usually get more in the cup when i don’t even ask for extra. yall know what extra means especially when you pay...
