I got a twist cone with rainbow sprinkles which was great. My wife got a cookie dough and Oreo milkshake. Maybe something was wrong with their machine but that milkshake tasted like burnt rubber. We complained to the workers and they blamed our taste buds for it not tasting good and not believing us on how it tasted. Very dissatisfied with this service. We will not be back. I tasted the milkshake and it was for my wife and she tasted it and we kept tasting it and it still tasted horrible. But the worker wanted to blame us for the way it tasted. Maybe their milkshake machine was burnt out. Make sure you know the price of your ice cream before purchasing. They will rip you off. I believe they are pocketing money on the side. $15 for a sundae. On the board it says $6.89 for the hot fudge brownie sundae. We added hard shell and a flavor burst ice cream instead of regular ice cream. It came out to $15. May I ask how are the toppings more than the ice cream sundae itself? I repeat , the two additional changes to the sundae came out to be around $8 extra in price. Does this make any sense?! So this is unfortunate. I really like their product but I can’t go here anymore. Today I went to get the same sundae I got yesterday for $6.49. When the girl took my order she said it would be $8.49. I told her it was $6.49 the last two times (both within the last 2 weeks) I got the sundae so when did it go up in price. She said because who ever had been charging me was charging me wrong (same girl telling me this was the one who charged me the last time btw).
