TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I went in today for lunch with the autistic girl I watch and the little boy I was babysitting. We stood at the counter for a good 15 minutes without even a "I'll be right with you!" at the least. (Good customer service would include greeting guests as well.) Finally the order of my special needs charge was taken but then the little boy and I stood there for another 5 minutes or so before they took our order. (Yet again there was no "I'll be right with you" or anything.) Finally they took our order. After that we went to get a seat and my special needs charge accidentally dropped her large drink and it splattered all over the floor. I hurriedly sat her and the little boy down at a booth and went over to clean up the mess. In the meantime, not ONE employee had even "noticed". It was far too much to clean up with just napkins so I stood at the end of the counter and said "excuse me, could I get some help?" The cashier looked over at me but didn't do a thing. Just continued to throw some receipts away and ignore me. I stood there by the mess because I didn't want anyone to slip and continued to say "excuse me?" But no one payed attention. Finally an employee went to the fountain drinks to do something and I had to ask her to help because she was ignoring the mess too. After a couple minutes of me standing by the mess and soaking up as much as I could with napkins, an employee eventually came out with a mop. I believe that no matter where you work, you should give the best customer service possible. You're representing the company you're working for and the employees at Burger King today gave it a very bad face. I will hopefully not have to go into that...
Read moreBurger King is not my favorite fast food joint and this location can be a bit slow but I absolutely love coming to this location because of one particular person:
There's a person who works here with a very distinctive almost TV show announcer voice who works the drive thru most days. Their name tag says "Pleasant".
Every time I hear them say "Thank you for choosing Burger King!" it literally puts a smile on my face. They are always so friendly and always has a smile on their face, even when things seem to be not going so great.
There have been times where the location has been out of a few of the menu items or when it seems like they're very short staffed but this person is never in a sour mood.
The fact that I will go out of my way to eat food I'm not a crazy about just because this person makes my experience so pleasant is probably crazy but maybe that's just what great customer service does...
Read moreI'd like to give a special shout-out to the wheel-checking curb right next to the drive-thru sign, as every time I go here someone bumps that gnarly little thing.
Front Royal's BK is interesting to me because no matter how busy the McDonald's DIRECTLY NEXT TO IT is, people seem to want to wait in those 20min drive-thru lines instead of visiting Burger King.
That's a blessing for people like me who prefer Burger King to McDonalds almost universally - especially since MCD doesn't offer any vegetarian options, really.
This branch is decent enough. Their drive-thru is an absolute nightmare - once you're in I hope you are REALLY committed because its construction will NOT allow you to leave.
Food and staff are as you'd expect. I rarely have an issue here beyond their frozen coke machine being down something like 60%...
