This Place Has Gone Completely Downhill Yourself the Headache This place used to be hit or miss, but for the past six months, it’s been nothing but a total disaster. Against our better judgment, we gave it one more shot today—and honestly, it was a complete waste of money. We spent $33.95 on three orders of wings and fries, only to get five pathetic, overly salty chicken wings per order. Not only were they barely edible, but the portions were insulting for the price. Calling this a meal is a joke. Then came the so-called "House Special Fried Rice" for $14.75, which turned out to be a greasy mess of undercooked rice with zero vegetables and almost no meat. It was basically a tub of flavorless rice with a fancy name slapped on it. I called to let them know how bad the food was—and guess what? I was completely ignored. No apology, no offer to make it right. Just pure indifference. Clearly, they don’t care about quality or customer satisfaction. I will never order from this place again, and I strongly suggest you don’t either. There are way too many better options out there than wasting your time and money on this garbage. Drive the extra distance and go somewhere that actually respects its customers—and knows...

They cannot get my food correct- then they tell me I didn't order it right!! The owner is rude and argumentative. We order $40 or $50 worth of food a couple times a month and something is wrong EVERY TIME. I mention it the next time I call (In yet another attempt to get it right) before ordering $50 worth of food again, but I have never complained till tonite. To be screeched at by the owner that different people prefer things different ways and she won't do anything to resolve it. I have explained what I want in every possible way and in almost two years have gotten nowhere with that woman. I am bummed, the food is actually really good, it's just never what I order - I guess I will have to get my Hot&Spicy shrimp elsewhere. Came here after a family church with my kids nephews and husband. While there. My nephew asked (what I thought was a joke) “do you think people live in here” I said probably, jokingly. He said come here look and there was somebody SLEEPING behind the counter on a little cot thing.. there was a used floss stick on one of the tables along with an orange. My husband had a long BLACK hair in his food!! We spent $54 for 3 different things and she gave us a free soda. My other nephew pointed out the soda may be expired after we drank it all!.. and I recently moved here about 2 years ago this was my 3rd time here and will be my last.
