WORST COFFEE PLACE EVER!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! THE WOMEN MANGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED FOR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! SHE IS A VERY DISRESPECTFUL PERSON THAT SHOULD NEVER WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THIS COFFEE PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! Update: ITS EXTREMELY FUNNY THAT YOU THINK AFTER BEING RUDE TO A CUSTOMER THAT YOU COULD HAVE THE AUDACITY TO SAY I VERBALLY ASSAULTED ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES. WHEN THE LADY THERE WAS THE FIRST TO BE RUDE. I JUST MATCHED THE ENERGY HUNNY! I DIDNT WANT A COFFEE. JUST WANTED TO ASK A SIMPLE QUESTION AND YOUR "SIGNS" WERE NOT WHERE PEOPLE COULD SEE THEM. THE IGNORANCE OF THESE PEOPLE AMAZES ME. I WOULD NEVER COME BACK EVEN IF IT WAS FOR AN APOLOGIZE. I WILL BE STARTING A MOVEMENT TO BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION SO GOOD LUCK BECAUSE YOULL NEED IT. Met an old friend there for coffee. The coffee and biscotti were very good and the ahhhmbience was very nice. Going back soon . .

Well it wasn't too soon but had an appt. at Subaru Dealer for service and we walked over to grab a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The attendants were bright, cheerful and smiling. I noticed they custom roasted their coffee and as a coffee roaster myself for three years I was looking forward to the cup. One sip and I knew they had roasted it well past the 2nd cracks and stopped somewhere just before the beans burst into flames. Starbucks, Dutch Brothers all do the same thing this gives the coffee has a very smokey charred flavor that stands up well to the syrups, creams and whipped topping. The sammiches were good, nice...

My daughter, granddaughter and I go to Jolts & Juice in Caldwell, Fruitland and Ontario about ten times a month. Today we were in Fruitland and I ordered a mocha breve with the syrup, whip cream, extra hot. We paid, left and then I tasted it. It was extremely bitter, so much that we went back and asked for a different one. The batista told us that they could only use dark chocolate in a breve instead of the milk chocolate syrup. She replaced my mocha breve with a regular mocha. This new one is just as bitter and undrinkable. I wasted my money and gas. I am very disappointed in my experience today. I always tell everyone that Jolts &Juice is the best, I think I need to stop telling...
