went for ice cream open sign on and with in business hours. refused service. idk how long it takes to scoop ice cream and clean a dish. long time customer. who always left good incentive for workers. idk why can’t take the 5 mins before close to serve one customer. i get wanting to go home it’s not like wiping the counters and cleaning a scoop would saved the day, what’s the point of building loyalty tipping all that if when a customer comes to be served they get told no. change the hours to 9:30 on friday then. good ice cream it’s just over priced reeds dairy anyways. thanks i get that it was 5 mins before closing. waffle cones at reeds better and fresher ice cream, may as well home deliver or save the tip and drive to meridian get a...

Came in tonight at 8:50 they were already closing, the girl was obviously irritated, I even apologized for us coming in so close to closing. They just stood there didn’t say anything. I got the cake batter and my ice cream was completely melted. I even made a comment about it and they didn’t offer anything else. My husband got a waffle cone and it was stale and had a super small scoop. We were out in 5 minutes, not good customer service. My husband is the best tipper and he didn’t even tip. I would give it a one star but we’ve been in before and had a good experience but this experience made the group we went with decide never to go again sad because I love supporting...

Got a banana split it was made on top of foil in a plastic container which I did not see the foil because the ice cream was melted part of the foil was missing which I probably ate and I am sensitive to foil I can't get ride of the taste in my mouth I keep brushing me teeth it just won't go away in I am getting shock sensation in my teeth I no that it sounds strange but its true any the taste of foil is horrible so I recommend if you get one make sure there is no foil left inside and watch them very carefully what they are doing I should of just got a waffle cone maybe this is the first and last time I will be going...
