One star for kind employees. I was very disappointed tonight when I took my kids for burgers. I ordered a #5, #7, the cluck and something that had a hashbrown on it. Also had fries, onion rings and mini churros. I always check my kids' food before givinf it to them and this time Im glad I did. The patties on the #5 and #7 were dry and hard. The cheese was still cold if thats any indication of how cold thw patties were. The buns were flaking and stale. Ths cluck was cold as well. I was so embarrassed to ask them to remake the food, but I couldnt make my kids eat dry stale burgers. I knocked on the door and a young man listened to my complaint and said he would have them remade. I knew I should have just given the food over and asked for a refund but i thought maybe it was an honest mistake and they would do better the 2nd time. No. The second set were just as dry and cold as the first ones. It looked like the burgers had been cooked that morning and sat out all day to be reheated later. I was very disappointed. My kids did their best to choke the food down but I could hear the disappointment in each dry bite. Even the cluck was sadly assembled. All the pickles were in a pile and the smallest squirt of whatever dressing they use was stuck underneath. How hard is it not to put each pickle right on top of the next, really? Why is that even an issue? Regardless, we wont go back. This isnt the first time we had a horrible burger from that location so It seems like its a consistent issue. Corporate, this is a direct reflection of your laziness. Ive seen the other reviews your customers have left. You need to educate your Management better so they can train their employees adequately. If you don't, you'll have to shut this location down. No one will eat here when they have better options less than 2...

I placed an order for a combo meal and because it was around 3:00pm, specifically requested they make sure everything was hot and fresh, not kept in a warm drawer since lunch. I was assured everything would be hot "cuz it's been slow for a while and everything will be to be made to order now." I also asked for easy ice which turned out to be 3/4 ice. Imagine my shock, SHOCK I say, when I went to sink my hungry teeth into that hot, juicy hamburger only to find the juicy part had already coagulated, because it was COLD. I KNOW! I was already in Payette, so my loss. The hamburger patty was never warm from the time it went into the sandwich because the cheese hadn't melted in the least. I could have easily taken the cheese off and placed it on another sandwich, were I so inclined. I understand a simple mistake now and then but when when a customer is specific about things like, easy ice and a hot hamburger patty, and they're assured it would be no problem and I will get exactly that, is it really too much to expect that I actually get it, without having to pull everything out of the bag to double check before I leave the driveway? Apparently so. On the upside, the fries were hot (one extra star for that), which would have been great with a hot hamburger and more than 4-5 swallows of a medium coke. It's really all my fault. I've known for awhile now, and JBX isn't alone in this, if you want it the way you're supposed to get it you MUST inspect everything before you leave. If not, there is an 8 in 10 chance it will not be what you ordered and/or, it will be cold. Such is life. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed. I don't know why I havn't learned that...

09/09/2022 @ 5:40 pm. Walked in to the lobby. There was an older couple getting their order taken and another lady in front of us, there to pick up a doordash order. The very young kid taking the order took the older couples order, then walked away from the counter and started making food. There was another teen working at the fryer. Another taking window orders. There was at least 2 more workers in the back, one of them, sitting at a desk, playing on his phone. After about 3-4 minutes, the window worker came over to update the doordash lady. No one acknowledged my group of 3 or another couple behind us waiting at the counter to have our orders taken, after about another 2-3 minutes, the doordash lady attempted to get one of the workers to acknowledge us standing there, even though all 3 of the workers looked at us and never said a word. Another 2 minutes went by and the window worker finally walked over and said it would be a minute. Finally, after about 30-45 seconds, the one that was sitting at the desk, playing on his phone, got up and came out front. I asked to speak to the manager, he said he was the manager. I let him know this kind of service is unacceptable and we left at 5:50 pm. The elderly couple that was behind us, left about a minute earlier, not happy they were ignored as well. Don't waste your time here, very poor customer service. Apparently no who works there cares to take your order or acknowledge...

During a breakfast outing, the experience was notably disappointing. The order included: 3 French toast platters with bacon and sausage 2 sandwich combos with curly fries 2 tiny tacos 5 drinks requested with easy ice The ordering process was prolonged because the young lady taking the order required assistance due to repeated mistakes. A receipt and straws were not provided. Drinks were served one at a time without drink holders and were filled with ice, leaving two of the sodas only three-quarters full. Drink carriers were eventually provided. Food was packed inefficiently, with each item in separate small bags and handed out one by one through the window. Upon checking the food in the parking lot, there were several issues: No curly fries were included, only half-filled day-old French fries. The French toast platters lacked the double meat promised, and the components were haphazardly arranged with hash browns at the bottom. The tiny tacos consisted of just four mini tacos in a bag. The total cost was $63.52 for food that was described as greasy, old, and unsatisfactory. The staff appeared indifferent to the quality of service, leaving a lasting negative impression on a previously frequent customer.

Is a shred of quality too much to ask for, even in fast food? No type of sauce on this burger... Asked for ranch and sweet and sour, and was not given any. It looks like the burger was one that someone else didn't want. I paid over $60 for a meal for my family, and got a meal I wouldn't pay $6 for. Over cooked egg rolls. Over cooked poppers... The fries were cold. Plus, we got a sandwich we didn't even order. We don't go out to eat often, but, when we do, we expect better then what we got. My kids ate the food they got because they don't want to waste food, my wife doesn't even want any of what she ordered. One of my kids is trying to give away her bacon because it's burnt. Quality and a little respect in your work goes a long way. They would do well to learn this, or learn anything. It honestly irritates me that I can just pack everything back up and take it back and see if any of them want to eat it and get my money back, but, since my kids don't want to waste food, they already ate their meals, so, I don't even have everything to take back. I don't think they would appreciate seeing me again anyway. But, luckily, they won't... I will not be returning there for food of any sort.
