Big B's Barbecue — Restaurant in Fullerton

This place is serving up some of the best Ribs ive ever had. Meat was tender and flavorful. The ribs didn't even need to be sauced down, but the sauce elevated the ribs to a whole new level. The tangy, vinegary, seasoned bbq sauce complimented the fatty pork ribs so well its like they were made in heaven and delivered to earth via Big B's modest establishment. The sides were also amazing. Had the coleslaw, and potatoe salad. They were creamy and fresh, that really went well with the meaty ribs. We also got an order of the onion rings, they had a nice crunch, dipped in the homemade ranch they were out of this world. I highly recommend this bbq joint. I really want to try more...

They have the BEST BBQ EVER!!!! I go there all the time. When I had any special events at Cal State Fullerton, guests were so happy if Brian was catering the events and they loved the food as well as my family did. My mother told Brian that she is from South Texas and knows great BBQ and told him that his BBQ was as .great as the BBQ in Texas. We try to go there every Sunday after church. If you love BBQ, Big B's is the place to go for great BBQ!!!! They do hrest catering parties, turns my mom turns 95, and will amd we have Big B's cater her birthday party. Update- i didnt know about the pig supply but i do know that your ribs were always on point, except for this last time so i decided to change my review to 5 stars because that's what your food deserves to be rated. Ill look you up next time im in for take out and hopefully the ribs will be back to normal.

Wow what's happened to the ribs. They used to be hearty sized ribs about 6-7 inches long now they are barely 2" long with not much meat. I ordered a full rack meal and a piece of chicken and the bill was over $40. Definitely not worth it anymore. They are delicious the way the ribs are prepared but come on those are...
