Starbucks — Restaurant in Fullerton

10/22/24 - 9 am. Most terrible Starbucks experience I've ever had. I asked for coffee with cream and Barista put at least 5 times as much cream in as she should have, which made my coffee way more white than brown, and also made it cold. When I pointed this out to Barista, she grabbed my coffee cup and put 1/2 inch of hot water on top, which did nothing to address that it had way too much cream in it. In addition it was now sloshing liquid over the rim and would have spilled all over me if I tried to pick it up. I told her that no one who orders coffee wants 100 calories of cream in their coffee, and she just said "next time don't order cream". I couldn't deal with her stupidity and rudeness any longer so just left the undrinkable coffee on the counter. How can a barista not know how to pour a cup of coffee properly? I have been coming to this location for years, but I will no longer be taking my business here. The manager Nick first is rude, and I feel he needs to go to school for customer service.
