Kimmie's Coffee Cup — Restaurant in Fullerton

I don't know what happened for there to be such a drastic difference in the quality of your food. Or better phrased I guess as the chorizo plate .. For starters the chorizo con huevos were prepared horribly (I'd shop around for a better chorizo) and than you let it render down on high heat until almost tartar consistency then incorporate well whipped eggs and stir/fold constantly making sure to incorporate all the chorizo & its delicious greese with eggs, should make the eggs all of them have a slight reddish hue ... Even $1 cacique tastes good this way ...

The beans were meh .. needed a good tbls of butter and 1/2cup of milk ...

Now that rice though was the most aggregious offense on that plate! The corn was nice touch but not just corn; you got to have other supporting characters like maybe onions lol ... But really though WHY ARE YOU NOT FRYING/BROWNING YOUR RICE? LIKE REALLY TOAST THEM GOOD IN SOME BUTTER .. most importantly cook it all the way .. until it splits and puffs up like the old ladies Chihuahua ... And maybe some ranchero sauce along with your over used bullion seasoning ... BUT MOST SERIOUSLY ... LET IT COOK!

But none of that is going to matter if the food sits in the expo window for minutes on minutes and goes to the top cold ...

Very bad!!! Dont know where to start I dined in the counter tía morning, took them good 15 min to even her my drinks ordered. Notice you Have alot of teens working that really dont have any expierence of customer servíce. Not mentioning there was that older women that does not do any better. She is good in nagging to theses teens waitress about her outsude customers. (Not professional, especially when theres customers right behind her) Your dishwasher has a staring problem, those doors really need to be repaired so they can close automatically. He made me feel very uncomfortable. All your waitress really need to focus in customers and avoid having hudless in frint of the Cash register. I only had 1 cup of coffee because none of your 4 waitress paid any attencion to my empty cup. I asked for kimmies combo. Waffle harder than a rock and flat My eggs where over cooled when i asked for over Easy..

Your loosing that customer service... If it is family members, trained them well advise them that Kimmies is a well known place for friendlyness , quailty and service.

As a resident of Fullerton and a fan of hearty breakfasts, I've had the pleasure of visiting Kimmie's Coffee Cup on multiple occasions. Tucked away at 1605 W Commonwealth Ave, this quaint diner has become one of my go-to spots for a fulfilling start to the day.

My latest visit to Kimmie's was on a random Wednesday, the experience was as great. I sat at the bar, even though there was plenty of seating available.

Parking can be a bit of a challenge, as the diner's small lot fills up fast, and you may find yourself parking on nearby residential streets. However, the short walk is a small price to pay for the quality of food and service that awaits.

Kimmie's menu offers a variety of breakfast and brunch items, and on this visit, I indulged in the Mexican Scramble and a cup of coffee. It was great! I've noticed that prices have crept up recently, with my meal coming to about $30, which is a bit steep for breakfast. However, considering the quality and portion sizes, it still feels worth it.
