Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Fultondale

I recently placed a carryout order at this Pizza Hut, expecting a straightforward meal for my family. I ordered a 3-topping carryout special for $11.99, a 1-topping carryout special for $9.99, and an order of 8 wings for $8.00, but upon reviewing my receipt, I noticed I was overcharged. While mistakes happen, I decided to let it slide.

However, the real issue came at dinner. My kids had eaten the 3-topping pizza for lunch, leaving the 1-topping pizza for later. When we finally opened the box for dinner, what I thought was a burnt piece from the oven or maybe an olive, turned out to be something far worse… a fly cooked into the pizza.

It's been many years since I've had pizza from Pizza Hut. I decided to give a try because I remember it was pretty good. So I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza from the location in Fultondale. When I ordered it I asked the guy if it was the original square pan pizza that I remembered and he stated yes. He said it would take about 15-20 minutes to make. Well about 10 minutes later he came to me with the pie. I thought it was kinda quick but took it home. When I got home I found the pizza round and looking like any other fast pizza place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m only giving this place 5 stars because of how amazing Crystal (I hope I spelled that right) and the evening shift are every time we come. Her customer service and communication are always immaculate 10/10 every visit! I wish I could say the same for the manager who’s there mid-day. She always has an attitude, is constantly on her phone, and comes across as extremely rude. Honestly, I’d give this place negative 100 stars just for her. However, Crystal is wonderful, and I’d rather my review highlight the positive manager than the negative!
