EDIT: I wanted to say there is a young man working here who went out of his way to fix my last order. He did a lot of things he did not have to do. I did not get his name, but I truly hope he is a manager or on his way to being one. He knew how to handle the problem and went over and beyond. I went in and ordered and he made sure that all the orders were correct. I have changed the stars given, bc of his way of handling things. He didn't make a big deal of anything and he showed excellent leadership skills for the younger cashiers that were watching. I hope things get turned around in this restaurant. I know everyone is short staffed and underpaid, but just showing some pride in what you do goes a long way. I just wanted to thank him for helping me that night. I really appreciated it and you and you made an impression on me. I believe this particular store is back on its way up. I used to love ordering from here. The line would be all the way out into the road and it was worth waiting. But, I've ordered 3 times now off the app, and every single time it's taken way longer than the time given, the food has been wrong, it's cold, and no one seems to care. There is no one there running it correctly or giving these young people the necessary supervision they obviously need. If you call and ask for your missing food or to have your burger corrected, they just don't care. I've stopped going. I know I can't be the only person this is happening to in this area. If I order off the app, add a name for every burger, then all I get are the wrong burgers in 4 to 5 different bags. When it takes them 20 to 30 minutes longer than the time put in for the order to be complete, they don't apologize. If there were still cars wrapped around the bldg I could understand, but I am the only customer in every one of these events. The very last time, I called and asked if they would fix my order and they said sure drive up here. Well the rest of the food would be cold and I would miss dinner with my family and i was unable to drive as i had broken my leg. It's just not worth my money to spend it here when they take no pride in what they do. That speaks volumes on this company. It's hit or miss here. Sometimes, it may be ok, other times it's a waste of...
Read moreTo the manager, KIMBERLY 💕 you are an angel of an employee and I’m so happy I got to be served by you tonight, despite you being the ONLY employee who was dedicated and decent enough to show up and not only do your job, but do everyone else’s job as well and do it WELL. To the higher ups - shame on you for not helping this woman out - food service can be an awfully hard job at times and there’s no doubt this woman has been through it this weekend and yet she was still accepting and pushing out every order she could, while keeping her restaurant clean and running as smoothly as possible on her own. PLEASE give this woman a raise, a paid vacation, some help maybe?? Something. WB is very lucky to have such an incredible manager who goes above a beyond like she has tonight, and probably does most nights, and she should be compensated for such. I order from this location at least twice a month, sometimes twice a week - and I have never had a bad experience. And after meeting this woman personally, I can see why. She deserves more than she’s getting paid I can already tell you that. Please get her some help, a raise, some staff that can see the value in teamwork and that can see when someone is struggling and will step up to help each other. Don’t sleep on this manager, and don’t take her for granted. To Kimberly, again : you’re amazing, I see you, and I see how hardworking you are and how much you care about the quality of work you do and that’s so rare these days, but you got this girl!! Your perseverance has not gone unnoticed, and I’m so glad I got to meet you and talk with you tonight. My food was amazing, and I enjoyed it a lot more knowing you made it despite having a rough time. Just keep swimming. You’re amazing and I hope things start looking up for you soon. I unfortunately know how hard it is to keep pushing through the bad times but I see great things coming to you at the...
Read moreThis was the worst slowest fast food experience I've ever had, and one of the most frustrating. First off, the drive-thru speaker is located not far from the entrance, which creates an absolute desaster for traffic flow in every imaginable way. The traffic backs up all the way out to the stoplight at the main road. No one can get out of the parking lot during heavy rush hours because the lot is so small.
We waited in the drive-thru line for over 20 minutes because it was taking so long for each order to be taken. So I decided to park and go in. That was a total mistake depending on how you look at it. On the one hand, at least 3 separate parties of people were in there who had previously been through the drive-thru and were missing food. So we dodged that bullet. On the other hand, there was only one girl taking orders at the front counter and it seemed she wasn't fully trained on the register yet. I waited for 10 minutes for her to complete one man's order. Then she made me wait for her to leave to the back for cleaning supplies, and while she wiped down a table in the lobby for some customers. When she came back, her thumb print didn't work to unlock the register she was working at, so I had to wait again for (I'm assuming) a manager to go over and put his thumb print.
I then sat there for another 10 to 15 minutes waiting for my order and listening to all the other people coming up to the counter to complain about missing food. I've worked a fast food grill before, and from what I could tell, they had a full crew on. There's no reason they shouldn't have been able to handle that rush better than what they did. Management at this location need to step it up and learn to organize their crew differently. It's supposed to be Whataburger....
