*Customer service/communication needs A LOT of attention & improvement! *Overall how a customer is treated & SPOKEN too needs improvement! *When a custom T-shirt order is taken(only ONE employee should be the one who handles it not THREE employees trading out and getting things confused and re writing the order form)! These ladies need more Training/knowledge instead of asking one woman everything. My order was taken on Tues 5/18 and I asked the first woman if it could be ready by Friday 5/21 she said yes then I said Monday 5/24 at the latest she said yes... I sent an email asking if my order was complete Sunday 5/23 b/c I had not received anything and then I received an email response on 5/24 at noon time asking "when did I need my order by? a specific date?" *When the employee fails to write a due date on the form and the customer signs off on the form anyways...in NO way shape or form should the customer be blamed(I was told to me face that is was my fault I didn't double check that the due date line was blank and all I had to do was respond to the email sent on the day it was suppose to be done by). *A refund was refused b/c it's small business...my only option was a store credit or blank shirts or they can have my order ready by 6pm(closing time)... I am irate and have never received such poor customer service and no human decency. I worked in this same field of work for almost 2 years and I never treated someone this way... I would never.. all I did was walk up to the counter and ask for a refund b/c my order was not...
Read moreI emailed my photos over to this place on Sunday, She responded to my email on Monday stating that I needed to weld my fonts together..I called her Monday to ask her how to weld my fonts just to make sure I was doing everything correctly, I was then told I would have to youtube how to weld the fonts together...I did just that and emailed her back Monday night.. I received another email stating that LeAnn is going out of town and all orders must be placed by Tuesday 8/27 in order for prints to be ready by Wednesday.. My husband went into the store on Tuesday 8-27 @10am and was told that she was not in the office. I called up to the store @ 11:27 the same day and when I questioned her about the email sent vs what she just told me, I was placed on hold she came back and stated that if the order was there by 12 then she will have the prints ready by Wednesday... That was NOT what she told my husband who actually went inside the store to place the order... He was told that she wasn't there ans they were not doing any printing until after 9/3.. I don't know who owns this store now but they are NOT helpful at all and I will no longer spend my money there. Why own and operate a printing business if you pick and choose who you help and print for.. Seems like all they want to do is sale Tea... Smh at these so called "business" owners.. I will NEVER spend another ...
Read moreI placed an order for HTV supplies with the Fuldotndale location and was told it needed be ordered from Warrior location and could be picked up the next day at Fultondale location. Called Warrior location, PAID over the phone, and was again told order could be picked up the next day between the hours of 10-6 Spoke to both stores and confirmed that I could pick it up the next day and confirmed the hours again. Drove over 30 min there only to find the store closed (within the time frame I was told to come and pick up). OVer 30 min drive home with no supplies. They have my $$, I have no HTV. I've left messages, sent emails, ZERO communication. Will NOT be using them for any product or...
