Really awful experience for our first (and last) visit. First impressions: The gutter downspout empties onto the sidewalk, and there’s no direct path from the street to the door. A planting bed blocks the way, so it looks like most people just trample through it. The ambience inside is unwelcoming. I get that “hangar” is in the name, but there’s a difference between utilitarian and unpleasant. The massive open kitchen dominates the space, with a tile floor so inexplicably hideous it must be seen to be believed. (Picture attached. If you think any of those rows line up, you need to zoom in.) We were seated immediately. Sadly the only shaded booth was taken by a manager doing paperwork — and that’s all she did for our entire visit. Service: Our guy was nice but talked too fast and too quietly for such a loud space. He hadn’t been trained to bring butter or syrup with pancakes, or ketchup for hashbrowns, and disappeared after dropping off our food. I eventually gave up on getting syrup and we flagged another server for the check. He also had to read our menu to understand what drinks we were ordering (macchiatos). And it turned out that no one was trained on actually making a macchiato. Three young servers huddled over the cappuccino machine for several minutes, while the manager stayed glued to her booth. What finally arrived weren’t macchiatos (described in their menu as “espresso with a dash of foam”) but large mugs of tepid milk-water with a trace of coffee. Other impressions: Crunchy raw hashbrowns, greasy pancakes, decent omelet. We tried the drip coffee too, which was super weak but was at least hot. In Summary: Seems like everything here was done just enough to open the doors, not to truly deserve customers. The tile floor says it all: close enough was good enough.

This was our first time visiting and our waitress Elissa really was wonderful! The food came out quickly and love the atmosphere. The pancakes really are the size of your head and hubby said the bacon was perfect.

We were one of 4 tables to be seated during our visit. We sat down and saw that the table was not clean. There were three servers waiting on 4 tables. A table that was seated after us were promptly greeted and placed their order. We waited another 10 minutes before a waitress came. We had no menu, silverware and table was not clean and she just wanted a drink order. I advised her that the table was not clean twice before she finally left and came back to clean the table. Her rag had not been rinsed as it left strange swirls and spots on the table. Ordered a mocha coffee that came out cold( not iced), my wife wanted a coffee with a non-dairy creamer but not available. We placed a food order 14 minutes later waitress brought a meal that was obviously not hers, waitress only stated that they, now, didn't have something that she ordered. Then approximately 3 minutes later returned and said that was not my wife's meal. She then took it. About 5-10 minutes later our meals arrive, part of my meal didn't arrive for another 5 minutes and part of what I ordered had been replaced by something else. My wife's meal didn't have one of the things that she ordered and now the waitress told her that it was no longer available and would she like something else. She ordered and 4 minutes later the last component of her meal arrived. While we were waiting for our meals I saw the manager appear to have blown vape smoke into the kitchen ( Not 100% sure as I was not standing next to him but 15 feet away. We only received and had access to one napkin the entire time. Ownership please take note as my true and only goal in writing this is for you to take notice before it...

I don't like to leave bad reviews but really think management would like to know. We were seated promptly but took a while for waitress to come to our table. She then forgot to get our drinks so had to ask for them again. Food did take a while to come out which she came over and said she didn't know why it was taking so long. I got the avocado toast and when it came out there was more bread than anything else. The avocado was very small. It was a disappointment. My husband got basically the club sandwich which was okay. He would not get again. While we were there 3 sets of folks came in. One couple was seated and finally got up and left because no one ever came back to their table. 2 women were seated for a long time and finally had to stop the waitress to ask for service. The 3rd couple stood up at the entrance area and finally left after no one ever came to assist them. This is not a very big place and it was not full by any means. I hope this review will help in the future for the owners of this establishment because we have been to all of the other associated restaurants and never encountered...
