   Read moreThe manager has abandoned this place. The staff are untrained and don't care. The Dunkin Donuts brand continues to spiral down out of control. Corporate should get involved for the destruction of their brand. This is a donut shop that rarely has more than 4 flavors of donuts if you're lucky, and they are always out of coffee. When you say "I'll wait for a new pot to be made" They come back with "It'll be 30 minutes" and better believe they'll do anything they can to make a 5 minute coffee pot re-up take that long just to spite you. Moving as slow as humanly possible between playing on their phones. These clowns want more pay, 401k, employer paid health insurance but stand around against the wall playing on their phones or vaping out back while the drive-thru and dining room area are filling up with no Donuts on display.    Read moreWas very dissapointed when I decided to stop here for breakfast this morning and was stuck in line for 30 minutes. After paying they told me they were out of something I ordered and I had to ask what they would replace it with rather than them offering to replace it with something. When they finally gave me my order it wasn't all there. I then asked for the rest of my order and had to wait another 5 minutes. Once I got to work I opened it all up to my suprise my crossiant was burn. This was ridiculous. I understand being short staffed and busy may slow you down, but you'd think after waiting that long they'd atleast get it right. I'd add a picture, but for some reason it won't let me.
