I don’t usually write reviews, but after my experience with Aaron at Subway, I felt compelled to share. From the moment I walked in, Aaron greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and an energy that immediately lifted my mood. It’s rare to see someone who clearly takes so much pride in their work and still treats every customer like they matter—Aaron does exactly that.
He was fast, efficient, and precise with every sandwich he made, but never rushed. He asked thoughtful questions about preferences, made great recommendations, and ensured that everything was exactly how I wanted it. It was clear he cared about both the quality of the food and the overall experience.
What really stood out was his attention to detail. My sandwich looked like it belonged in a commercial—neatly layered, perfectly portioned, and made with care. Even the wrapping was done like a pro. Aaron didn’t just make a sandwich; he made a connection, and that kind of customer service deserves recognition.
In a world where good service can be hard to find, Aaron sets the standard. He’s the kind of team member every business wishes they had—kind, upbeat, and excellent at what he does. Ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 chips, a drink, a pretzel and the limited oreo footlong cookie. While the food was being added to the check I was watching and notice an extra cookie was added for 89 cents. I informed the worker that he accidently added the extra cookie and he tried to explain it was because the oreo cookie was more expensive. While I understand prices can go up I pointed to the advertisment they had next to the counter which had the "limited oreo cookie $5" he said that was for the regular footlong cookie, so I pointed out that underneath the oreo cookie it also showed the regular cookie $5. He said something I could not quite hear and removed the extra charge of 89 cents. I told him if he wanted to charge extra that it is fine but he needs to add the 89 cents to the advertisment as it is very confusing and missleading.
It did not seem right so I attempted a mobile order for this location and tried to add the oreo cookie. It said add to cart $5.00. I am happy that I was paying attention and understand it is only 89 cents... but that was a blatant lie that it was 5.89 and he tried to add the charge with out me noticing...
Also added the least amount of meat and cheese he could... will not be returning to...
Read moreCalled in take out order. Said up front we had coupon for 3 footlongs for $17.99. Have used these mailer coupons in the past without issue; as recently as a month ago at this same location without a problem. Anyway, placed order, drove to pick up order. At checkout, cashier scans coupon and it doesn't work; scans again and doesn't work. Manager comes from the back and said Subway coupon system is down and not working at any Subway. I said this was all worked out on the phone during order placement. She repeats coupons aren't working system wide and gives me the option to try and use the coupon another time. Price difference is nearly double, so I simply walk out. Staff was not rude. The takeaway is this is an increasing number in examples of things not working. I believe she could have did some kind of manual override but she didn't present it as an option and I read the room and didn't bother to press it....
