I never complain…but they leave me no choice. It all starts with me getting a large sweet tea with my order. Tasted it and it was unsweetened tea gross. Nicely told the cashier that they forgot to add sugar and she said and I quote it is premade in a bag….I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and you can’t tell me that you don’t brew tea in house ALL restaurant do it. I said I am really sorry this is unsweetened then and asked if I could have a different drink and she huffed and said sure I tried to hand it back and she said no. I asked for a Dr Pepper and she gave me a small Drink not going to argue more with the girls so I left. Also got home asked for extra ranch for my salad and one cup of ranch one. One cup goes a long way on a salad as you can see below. I spent close to $40 on fast food and would expect just the bare minimum of service and didn’t even receive that. I also sat about 20 minutes in line because the system went down, no complaints there I understand that it is something no one can control and if my order and the service was better it would of been worth it because I love Jacks but this time I should of went...

Usually friendly staff. Usually fast service. Order ahead with the app is great and about 50% wait even when ordering a couple hours in advance, which is disappointing. I feel like if I give 2 hours notice, you should have my food hot and fresh at the time I ordered ahead for. Breakfast is spotty at this location. Sometimes it's super fast and fresh, sometimes it's slow and stale. Overall, I like it, and I appreciate the early hours since I have to be at work at 6am and my only other option is McDonald's. I will say though... If there were other restaurants open that early, I would tank Jack's lower. They get bonus points for being open so early. Less points for quality. But overall, I usually enjoy this location, convenience, and (mostly) friendly staff. They're also usually prompt in the mornings. I just feel like sometimes I'm getting leftovers. I will continue to go. I appreciate everyone working in these hard times! But there could be some improvements. No more heat lamp...
