Update: 12-26-20 This is absolutely the worst little caesars location and they bring new meaning to slow and mismanagement. Having a drive through would seem like an improvement over the old location but not here. Calling ahead, placing an online order should help speed things up but for this location when they tell you 15 to 20 minutes go ahead and add another untold 30 min minimum to your wait time. I watched them hold the drive through line for over 30 min and not send a single car through until the one customer got their 4 pizzas. A better managed store wouldve told the car to pull into a parking spot and they would bring the order as soon as it was ready but not here they think the best practice is let the customer sit at the window while theres 7 to 10 cars behind them waiting to order/pick up an order or something. I guess as long as the 1st car in line can sit there and get their 4 pizzas its ok that everyone else waits 30 to 40 min before they get to do anything and not suprisingly a few people got tired of waiting and drove off because thats how you properly manage a business by driving business away. The other issue is they never and i mean almost never properly cut their pizza so you get one pizza with lines on top but its not cut and when i brought it to the managers attention over a year ago the excuse was they were waiting on new pizza cutters and all the ones they had were dull. I guess here we are a year later they never got the pizza cutters they were waiting on. Ive seen lots of pizza cutters at dollar tree even and they look new and sharp but thats on the cheap end if you have a high volume business youd think management or the franchise owner could spare at minimum 2 or 3 dollars for pizza cutters or even 10 or 20 (for heavy duty ones) to make sure pizzas are cut through properly. Its not rocket surgery ...you make a pizza, put it into an oven, cut the pizza and give it to the customer thats it no more and no less that can be handled and done quickly, properly and in an order that makes sense to keep cars and pizzas moving constantly. Maybe the robust fat ass manager should spend more time trying to make the place run efficiently instead of eating all the pizzas because he looks like he eats more pizzas than they send out the door/window. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the pizza does most of the time taste good so they do get 2 stars for that but for service the get zero stars.
Good location and good pizza definitely on the level with other little Caesars but the only thing about this one is sadly no drive thru at...
Read moreSaturday 8/19/23 i went to little ceasars for 5 hot and ready pizza. The lady at the window stated it would be 10-15 minutes because they didnt have any ready. I asked if i could run to aldi's and pick up some bottled waters and come back. She said yes thats fine. Well during the payment process her machine was giving her trouble and she asked the manager to come help. After what felt like about 3-5 minutes. I pulled up my bank statement and told her it went through and even shoeed her my bank statement with the purchase. She took my name and i went to get my waters. I can back waited for the 4 cars in front of me to go through and as I made it to the window i was informed that my 3 pepperoni, 2 cheese pizza were still not ready. There were now roughly 5 vehicles behind me so i asked the lady what shr wanted me to do. She said pull into a parking space and she'll run it out. I watched 7 vehicles go through no problem until the line was gone. I stuck my vehicle in reverse and asked if my food was ready. They had it sitting on a shelf by the register. The women places it on the counter and ask me to pay again. I told her i already had. The receipt machine messed up so she took my name. Well long story short i was feeding 8 teenage boys and my husband was fixing to have to leave for work. I had already spent an hour waiting so i paid again. She said if it double charged to come back after Monday and they would refund me. Well i work 3 jobs to make ends meet and was not able to return until Wednesday as I was coming from greer to the gaffney store! Get here and the women still cant find the double payment so i had to leavr empty handed for her to call her boss to approve the refund. 10/10 do not recommend. She said i would have to come back a 3rd time to get my $35.70 as they couldnt put it back on my card. Never offered a pizza for the inconvince or the gas and mileage ive had to put in my vehicle to go...
Read moreThe Hollywood connection. Floyd Baker boulevard is/was a haven for celebrities. Yes you'll be quite surprised who you see there. Me and Jane have been there as has Mr Byars from Survivor, as has Andie Macdowell, The two firemen from The amazing race, Sandra and Jeremiah, certain people from the TV show where you don't wear any clothes at all and spend 21 days in a jungle.... Me and my mom went there numerous times, in fact Gaffney is one of her favorite places. Everyone criss crossing on West Floyd Baker Boulevard as well as East and West Montgomery Street. Ever so often you see someone at a restaurant or store. Especially at the Premium Mall in Gaffney. I just have to wonder if the Little Caesars people ever realize who has been in their restaurant. Certain people from Big Brother Certain people from The Bachelor, certain people from MTV, and certain people from MGM. Everyone going to Jane's dad's house. My Ford Taurus sort of stood out from the Rolls-Royce's and Ferrari. Little Caesars in Gaffney gets a workout. It often gets more traffic than Little Caesars in Shelby. Shelby has its share of celebrities, including Don Gibson and Alicia Bridges yet Gaffney has much more. Yes Little Caesars you have a...
