Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Gaffney

• if you’re wanting to dine in. Think twice before coming to this Pizza Hut* I don’t normally do reviews, but something needs to be said. My son and I went to this Pizza Hut at 11 o’clock for lunch. This is the most unprofessional business. Not only was there a sign asking to wait to be seated, but we weren’t greeted once. I walked up to the counter letting the lady know we were there. As I’m standing there she walks right past me to answer the phone. While she’s on the phone she’s rolling her eyes and getting snippy with the customer on the line. After she got off the phone she asked what we wanted and I told her we wanted to eat in. After sitting down and waiting for someone to bring us drinks or just give us any service I went back up to the counter and asked to placed my order. She ran my card and made our drinks. I sat back down and another couple came in. They also were not greeted but were yelled at by an employee. The employee yelled at them stating she was too busy to help them and that she was sorry. Yes- she did say sorry , but it was sorry with an attitude not sincere at all. They looked at each other confused / startled and walked out. After waiting a total of 40 minutes I went back to the counter to find out our order was never placed. Jenn- the manager finally came to the front - with the strongest odor of weed- (I mention this , because as the general manager this is unacceptable during your work hours especially when you are preparing food and dealing with customers) saying the order wasn’t completed and never placed. I will say they made sure to get to everyone at the window, but if you’re planning to dine in you can forget it. They just act like you aren’t even there. In my opinion this business needs to be under new management or the current ones are going to run it into the ground. Everyone has off/bad days, but this is your job. No one should treat their customers how...

• 1-27-21 update * Two things the buffet this location is gone which due to covid probably understandably for good reason. But they are doing dine in which is nice these days.

The next item of this update is the new detroit style pizza. This pizza is very heavy and its loaded with enough toppings that you can easily make 3 or 4 other pizzas with the amount of toppings on this thing. I dont know how true to a real detroit style it is because i never tried an authentic detroit pizza. I will say that i liked the pizza it had lots of everything so theres nothing to not like. The crust is the pan pizza crust and if you like pizza hut pan which i do then youll like the crust. If you like alot of toppings piled high and cheese to match then this is the new pizza hut detroit deep dish pizza and the price it not bad at all for the amount of food youre getting and this can easily feed 4 adults.

I love the drive through and unlike some of the other quick pizza delivery places in town this place has been consistent in its quality you expect from the chain and has not,let me down. It is also very convenient to have the drive through which is great and the only drive through pizza pick up...

Ordered NY pizza to try the 1st time. Double pep. It had hardly no pep. The manager remade it herself. I know bc when it was done, she made the comment, " Let someone complain now." I made this pizza myself*. 1st off, I hate having to complain to begin with. I was nice about having to wait for another pizza to be made. I was nice about it having barley pep instead of double. I'm sure she wants what she pays for when she goes out. Anyways I was nice. It's not worth an argument bc you're employees can't do their job correctly, and you're mad at customers instead of taking it out on the lazy people you got working for you. I saw they had low star ratings but gave em benefit of the doubt just to find out why it's a low rating. I will give all of them lazy people what they want.
