Chow mein is supposed to have fried noodles, our order looked like moo shu none of it was remotely stir fried. When I went to talk to them about it being the wrong thing they insisted that was their chow mein. Tried to eat it but what ever flavor was in it was bad. The sesame chicken was decent but vinegary. We won't be going back.

Edit: The restaurant called and tried to explain that they made it "different". I'm sorry, no where in a search does it show Chow Mein without noodles stir fried in a dish. When we told then that we had to take care of our children and hung up, they began to call back multiple times, to the point where we needed to block their number. Deserves 0 stars.

Edit 2: After blocking the first number they texted from another number with a picture of their chow mein. Unfortunately, this is a picture on their inside menu (which is closed to the public) and isn't posted on their take out menus at all. First photo is what their chow mein is. Second is what chow mein should be.

Edit 3: Maybe know how to make Chow Mein in the first place? And also take the hint that we don't want to talk to you after blocking your first number. Google image search in the third picture.

For future reference, if you attempt to contact us again, we will be seeking legal action for harassment. Multiple phone calls and texting from a different number after blocking the first number is...

Very disappointed. Bought 2 meals for takeout to enjoy at home, Beef& Briccoli w/fried rice also Boneless Ribs w/pork fried rice. No pork in pork fried rice, fried rice didn't have any flavor just rice with maybe a drop of some brown liquid....not even soy sauce!!! B & B the meat was gray, tough and nasty tasting but not as bad as the broccoli which had a taste that I've never tasted before and hope I never do again !!!! Boneless ribs were tasteless, tough, not charred as most Authentic Chinese ribs are. Wasn't sure if they were even pork ?!? By far the worst food we've ever " tried " to eat. Waste of hard earned money, BOTH WENT INTO THE GARBAGE CAN. Would never recommend this place to anyone. I have cooked many Chinese meals and bought many, each are unique and have many great flavors. Fried rice with or without pork should always have onion/scallions, SOY SAUCE, egg scrambled in and quite often green peas. Actually a meal in itself. I could complain about China Express till I'm blue in the face but don't want to think of it any longer. We will NEVER waste our money there again and WILL WARN OTHERS against doing so. Not trying to be cruel or unfair just speaking the truth of our Experience. Had to give1 star to be able to post, didn't want to...

I have been eating here for years. Not anymore after this waste of $65. The meals have increased in price ok that's fine BUT the portions have downsized unacceptably. The poopoo plater was just that poo! The chicken wings are now drumettes, the fried shrimp are now size small. The skewers were 1/2 loaded. The extra churchy noodle I paid for along with the ones that came with the soup were 100% stale! The egg rolls were nasty, they and over cooked like they were left over from yesterday and warmed. The house fried rice was mainly rice hardly any chicken and maybe 4 shrimp. The soup for $5.99 was all broth 3 one tons in the whole large soup! That is a small size not a large. They are taking no pride in their food. This is a disappointment to my family and my office staff because I will no longer order lunch for my staff with China Express anymore! Hope they hear me and others because your prices are equal to outback and your meal sizes are equal to slim-fast sizes. You need to change your business scope before you go out of business! Don't be greedy it has a tendency to backfire and cost you a business and or a...

Update: the prices have gone up at least $1 per entree or combo plate since this time last year. The quantity has also gone down. The taste has not improved. My husband's love of Chinese food has brought here several times and I've tried a lot of things. He gets Sesame Chicken every time, but I don't care for it. I've been a lot of places in several states and, across the board, the food here is very basic. Their egg rolls and cheese Rangoon are alright, but the fried rice could use a lot more attention.

Here's the current menu/prices as of 31 Jan. 2023. I used to order the general tsos chicken with vegetable lomein, and 18 months ago, it was $12. Now? It's $19.50! Thanks, Biden. The only saving grace is the taste of their food. It's still delicious!
