Starbucks — Restaurant in Gaffney

Had to come on here and give my support for this location. The workers are great and the coffee is great too. So happy that this location opened since the one on Hyatt/lemmons has left me disappointed too many times now. The workers at the Hyatt St location are nice, but there’s been too many times that I have gone over there and they close early or the lobby is closed with no sign/explanation. A couple times would be understandable, but this seems to be a weekly happening at this point. The biggest problem however, is the last 5 times I went to that location (on Hyatt/lemmons) they didn’t have cold/nitro brew. Not sure why they never brew it but I got tired of driving over there for them to only have half their stock available. The new location here on Floyd baker though has yet to disappoint me. They seem to be on top of things there both inventory and scheduling wise. And maybe it’s in my head but I swear the drinks are better there too, I assume the baristas just give that little extra effort in the mix. Will continue to solely support this location as long as they continue to give out this excellent service,...

Went through the drive thru and got a venti iced chai latte, the girl was talking over my order and I had to repeat it 3 times, then I get my order and the cup is broken and my $8 drink is leaking all over me and my car. I go back in bc my cup is broke and now half leaked out, and its all over me and all they do is hand me a different empty cup and say oops sorry! Needless to say my drink that I just purchased is half gone and I didn’t even get a sip, I’m covered in it and it’s all over the inside of my car. To say I’m pissed is an understatement. I’ll never do business at this one again. The guy back there working says that’s the 3rd one today that’s been broke! Well you should check them before giving them to paying customers… and offer a new drink since half of mine is all over me and my car! Piss poor service from yet another fine...

I have ordered a mocha frappuccino, 1 single, extra whip and extra MOCHA drizzle since this location opened. I am not one to complain about the first time or second time at places when they mess something up. We're human. Things happen.

Yet every single time I choose this location, over Lemmons Lane for convenience something is wrong with my drink. I ordered a extra whip extra drizzle today. I got neither. Didn't have a dome lid either as I was looking for it in pick up. Not too long ago they gave caramel drizzle instead of mocha.

If you were to ask me.... go to Lemmons Lane. They always have the best out of the two and it will taste just like the last time you had it.... Floyd Baker? You never know what flavor you're getting when ordering your usual. Picture is clearly Caramel drizzle.... not mocha...
