Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Gaines Charter Township

I will NEVER in my life spend money at this establishment again, and I advice you not to as well. I ordered a large topping pizza with an 8 piece order of boneless wings, upon arriving the pizza was great I go to open my boneless wings they looked like they had been half eaten, only having 5 in the bowl and the rest looked like shredded chicken. I called the establishment to let them know I was unhappy with my chicken to only be on hold for 10 mins, and mind you they did not ask my name anything but asked what I ordered the employee then got back on the phone and said his manager dropped the order so he knows it was fine. I then explained to him he could gladly come out and look at the wings, he then adviced me what does he want me to do, I asked for corporates number and his name he laughs in my face and said they are not owned by one he then proceeded by hanging up in my face. Pizza Hut has lost a lifelong customer. Literally every single time I’ve ordered pizza from this location, they’ve screwed it up . Seriously, not once have I gotten the right thing after ordering from there, probably ten times in six months. Before you ask “why do you keep going there?” I can explain. The Kalamazoo & 60th location is very conveniently located near the highway and to/from work. However, this was the final straw.

So the pizza was wrong again and breadsticks were cold. Plus, to add insult to injury, you can’t even contact the store directly anymore. Instead, they automatically direct you to a call center in India. So, even something that should be an easy fix ends up being unnecessarily complicated, if you can even get a hold of someone.

Overall, great job Pizza Hut. You outsourced something so simple and in doing so have ruined your reputation. Also, how much money are you saving by hiring people overseas when you end up constantly having to give away free...

It took them an hour and a half to deliver 2 pizzas. The pizzas were appalling. One of them was a thin crust pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni. It was so greasy, we had to line the bottom of the box twice with paper towel and almost constantly blot the top. After 15 minutes, you were still able to turn the pieces of pizza sideways and watch the greasy drip off of them. The other pizza was an all meaty that had more gristle and fat than actual meat. Not only were both pizza cold, but they also tasted like they sat on a counter for a few hours. At $15 a pizza, I expect them to at least match the quality of Little Caesars. Alas, I am now $45 poorer with nothing to show for it except pizza that I wouldn't feed to a dog. I will not be purchasing from this...
