A few friends and family of mine showed up at taco bell to order food and were treated very poorly. The person that handed us out food (Tooth missing girl named RITA) kept making threats to me to try "intimidating me" and my friends around my family. Rita also continues to talk to me and make other threats towards me making me sit in line while others behind me were waiting for there food. When I pulled forward I parked to check my food, just to find my baja blast drink had a black chunk floating in it. We continued to open our food, luckily only one of my other friends had a problem with black chunks in THERE FOOD.
A couple days pass and ive heard of multiple people saying there items are not wrapped properly at all and make messes everywhere. There were also multiple people I personally know that complained about hair being in there food. Not to mention multiple workers that had long hair do not wait hair nets every time i go in there.
Then a few days after my friend that experienced this with me went to the same taco bell and ordered a shredded chicken quesadilla melt. Found small chunks of something black and sharp in his food. It left the roof of his mouth bleeding.
I will be finding a way to contact a district manager or higher to make sure this is dealt with properly. Nobody ever should get anything other than food from a fast food place and a 'have a good day' come from employees mouths.

I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before I was assisted. I explained my order wasnāt received and was told theyād fix it. After a few minutes I was informed that they were out of beef and I said Iād take chicken instead. No biggie. I wait another 10 minutes, listening as a woman I presume to be the manager berate the staff, even to customers, opening the drive thru window and telling the customers a mistake happened because āhe doesnāt know how to do his jobā. They closed drive thru for 30 minutes, informing all new cars of this. After a total of 30 minutes in the lobby I hear the manager ask, āwhatās that lady waiting on?ā She comes over and asks and when I tell her Iād already handed over my receipt and been told my remake was coming she literally stares at me, growls under her breath, and walks away. She yells from the line that they are out of beef and will I take chicken. Yes. It was clearly a mess, no communication, frustration was building, but the most uncomfortable part was the way the manager handled herself. When I finally got my food I was missing the salsa verde but I didnāt want to stand and wait any longer to get them. This location is along the route from my work to home but I would rather drive out of the way to get my future meals. The mistakes at the window happen, the hostile and uncomfortable service...

So after a few minutes (no joke, I waited quite a while) I pull up to the window where the girl asks me if I need something... totally clueless...I was like "um ya...ive been sitting at the intercom and no one was there. I want food." She goes "oh no, my headset is dead." Mind you this is 10 minutes after they opened. Dont you check these things, or charge them over night or something?? Lol but then she frantically takes my order and I sit there FOREVER waiting for my food. She even tried to give me someone elses drink bc she thought I already left...and she hadnt given me my food yet!! Then she goes to get me my food...and Im missing my hashbrown, which frankly is my favorite part. So I try to get in and the doors are locked (by this time it is 20 minutes after they opened). The workers clearly see me, but rather than come open it, I walk around the building to another door to get in. After I had just gotten off a 16 hour shift. And it was cold. š I was probably the first customer of their shift, so they dont have the excuse of being busy. I was very disappointed with my service...
