Completely rude customer service. My partner and I went in to get ice cream I already knew what I wanted because I get the same thing every time. But my partner wanted to try one of the already customized specials. When she asked which one of the specials with toppings in it and everything is kind of like a reese's the employee was like the reese's regular ice cream. Which okay whatever but then my partner tried to explain what she meant but was completely cut off by the employee. Then when we went to check out the same girl was our cashier she says it's going to ask me a question (for tip) I answer it then my chip doesn't work which it hasn't for a couple weeks. I try a couple more times and try to tell her that the chip doesn't work is there a way to just do the tap. She then proceeds to say you have to answer the question and insert the card I re tell her what I have already told her and she just completely ignores what I have said. Finally I just cancel the transaction and use a new card. Because I am so over it. This girl was just very rude, almost incompetent, and seemed in a rush when there was no need to be. I came here on a Saturday night and WOW was it busy!!! I didn’t realize so many people flocked to coldstone on cold nights but I don’t blame them. I had a birthday special through the rewards program where you get BOGO on any size which i used with my girlfriend. A small, medium, and large are 5.99 , 6.49 and 6.99 respectively which all come with a free mix in if you don’t get a special. She got the cheesecake delight and I got the peanut butter perfection and they were both delicious!!!! If you’re a fan of cheesecake and fruit together, the cheesecake is for you! I love peanut butter as a dessert flavor and loved the peanut butter perfection. Not to mention the staff was super nice and caring despite the seemingly constant Saturday night rush. Cold Stone Creamery is a national ice cream store. Cold stone serves a variety of flavors and toppings. Whatever city you are visiting you know you can count on Cold Stone to be there. My favorite part of Cold Stone is that they don't just offer ice cream with candy toppings, but they actually mix the toppings into the ice cream. Cold Stone ice cream is a little more expensive then your typical ice cream shop, but that is because each ice cream cone or cup is individually tailored to your likes. Customers are able to pick as many toppings as they would like to be mixed into the ice cream. The people who work at Cold Stone are very hospitable and want to make your experience enjoyable.
