My partner and I were in Gainesville for business and went to Cork It for drinks before dinner. As I have familial ties to the brewing/ distilling industry, I am admittedly unschooled in wine beyond the basics of white/ red and simple food pairings. Eager to step outside my comfort zone, I ordered a wine and mispronounced the variety.
