Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Gainesville

Even though I have difficulty walking I normally go inside a restaurant to pick up my order. Unfortunately I was having a high pain day and so I clicked on the option for "Curbside Pickup."

After I clicked on the "I have arrived" link, I waited a few minutes. Three of the four employee's (that I could see) looked right at me & not one of them could be bothered bring the pizza out. Even though I was the only customer in the establishment neither of the two uniformed employees appeared to want to help. The next time I'm in this area I'll try the Flowery Branch location if I want Marco's Pizza.

Aside from the lack of customer service it was also the worst pizza I've ever tasted. Even though I looked at the pizza before leaving the parking lot I couldn't tell until I got back to the house that the order wasn't correct. I asked for white sauce to be added and the red sauce left off. There was NO Sauce on the pizza at all and the crust tasted stale.

This franchise in Gainesville, GA definitely did not live up to the quality and taste I've come to expect from...

I called and order 2 medium pizzas on a Tuesday night. The gentleman was very nice on the phone (the only reason they got 2 stars) and told me it would be delivered in 45 minutes. An hour and 40 minute later, still no pizza. At this point I called because my child needs to be in the bed and it’s already after 8. When I explained the situation to the man on the phone I got no apologies just excuses as to why the were late. I was told that they were short on drivers but my pizza should be there soon. When my barely warm pizza arrived 10 minutes later, I received an apology that was said in a way that basically meant, “I don’t care.” I also got the excuses of course that there weren’t enough drivers and so on then told that maybe next time I should just come pick it up. I explained to the woman that if I had been told the situation to begin with I would have been more than happy to pick it up but I was told 45 and it took almost 2 hours. This is normally my favorite pizza place in Gainesville but I ordered 2 pizza's for delivery about a week ago and was given a price of $46 that's pretty high but i figured since it was being delivered and as many topping as I got it was fine. The lady got all my information delivery address payment info ect. Said it would be about 45 wait so I reluctantly agreed. I waited an hour and 10 minutes before I called to see what the hold up was she informed me that no delivery address had been added to my order and that my pizza had been sitting there the whole time. She asked if I still wanted it she could remake it and have it to me with in 15 minutes so I said yes and hung up. She called back not 2 minutes later apologized and said that she would refund back to my card. When i got the pizza the toppings where very scarce but I just let it go because she said that they where refunding my money. It has now been a week no refund of any kind...
