Went here the other day for lunch, it was the worst meal ever for me and my family, wasted 57 dollars on food I could have gotten better food from the roller wheel at QuikTrip and saved 30 bucks, my son in law got ultimate nachos and they brought him a half a plate of nachos with nothing on the other side of the plate and it had brown avocado in a chunk on top of the nachos with the little bit of meat and cheese at the bottom of the plate ,my Grand daughter got the spicy turkey melt and they asked what she wanted for a side so she said fruit they charged us for that also I thought the one side comes with the sandwich but when they brought it there was one grape and a couple small pieces of cantaloupe in the bottom of a bowl, it was pretty sad for the price , then I got a Memphian it cost 10.49 then they asked me what side I wanted so I said Mac and cheese and they charged me for that as well, again when they ask what side do you want I assume it came with the sandwich and the sandwich was ok but the Mac and cheese was terrible , no taste , watered down and no cheese,even salt and pepper couldn't make it taste good, My Daughter got a chef salad and asked for ranch dressing when the salad came the dressing was watered down and had a terrible flavor so none of us enjoyed our meal and we definitely will not be going back, I also took photos of the food to share , thanks for...
Read moreBack again 1/10/24. Mine was wrong and two others sent back while I was there. Had a salad and it was not good at all. Hardly any toppings and had shredded iceberg lettuce on the bottom hiding under the mixed greens.
I have tried calling management from below and never there and they don’t offer to take a message.
From 9/8 - My husband went tonight for a sandwich for takeout and IT WAS WRONG AGAIN! Onions on it. And they were just going to take the onions off and give him the same sandwich! 🤦🏻♀️ He said the store was almost empty and others there had wrong orders too. The ticket was correct and said no onions.
From 9/3 - Always SO slow and you have a 50/50 chance that your order will be incorrect if you go regularly. Has an onion allergy right on the to go container and has onions ALL over it. This happens more times than not. Need to require your workers can read and follow directions. The second item on our order was charged extra and incorrect. It was ordered gluten free and made me sick (normally it does not) so precautions...
Read moreI ordered curbside today around 2:20 and it said my food would be ready by 2:34. I checked in at about 2:25, sat and waited..and waited..and waited. Finally at about 2:40 I called (3 times) and no one answered which I thought was very odd. I figured maybe they were closed for Veterans Day or something & I drove around and sure enough there were people eating outside. Frustrated, I walked in and the place was completely empty, maybe one or two tables inside had people sitting down. Back in the kitchen I noticed what appeared to be the manager on the phone, thus explaining why there was no answer when I called I guess. I asked how long my food had been sitting there & was hoping they’d offer to remake it since it had been about 30 mins since I placed the order at this point and I knew my food would be cold (it was) but all I got was a free packaged sugar cookie. I’m normally one to complain, but I do feel a refund is justified in this situation.
