After remodeling, the inside experience is almost non existent. The counter is barely 8ft looking and only one tiny menu is visible. They are funny pushing to use the self service kiosk only and have zero interaction with customers. You will have to ask to actually get your drink cup after you eat for no less than 10 minutes for your order. Drive thru takes absolute priority over everything.
During my last 2 visits, there were no less than 4 customers complaining about their wait, as much as 30 minutes, incorrect or missing items, and the lack of being able to get anyone's attention. After the remodeled, the front counter area is completely separated from the kitchen, like a check-in desk at a hotel. If you aren't tall like me to be able to lean across the counter far enough to see a person, your are out of luck.
When you do finally get your order, regardless of it's completeness or accuracy, it is just dropped on the counter, the number called out, and the person disappears to the back again, leaving you to wait to ask for your missing cup, condiments, or missing/incorrect items. During today's visit, someone waited over 30 minutes for her order and never actually got it. She had to wait 10 minutes just to get somebody's attention. Another person walked in from drive thru starting that they got the order wrong and then gave him somebody else's order. Another person waited 15 minutes for an online order. The same types of complaints from another 4 people occupied during my last visit 2 weeks ago.
When the person asked for the manager, the person that has been ignoring everyone, doing orders and disappearing, she acting like we were interrupting her job when asked for our missing items or complete order, THAT was the manager. I agree with the other customer there today that I will never be returning to this location. For some reason, everything changed from 5 star review to 1 start review after...
Read moreDrive-thru order had o be corrected three times before they got it right. Not rocket science... but here was the order: "Quarter pounder combo meal (medium) with a Coke. No cheese on the burger. And an extra Quarter pounder "plain"... No cheese, no ketchup, and no onions... just a burger in a bun. Not sure why they kept telling me that I was ordering a double quarter pounder with cheese meal. .. then two double cheeseburger meals.Had to start over for a second time and then a third time to give them my order at the microphone. Finally got it right. Paid for it at the first window, then moved to the pickup window...where they handed me a drink and a bag... Drove around and parked, opened the back and it was someone else's order... with a diet Coke and McNuggets. Drive in line was long so I decided to go inside. Waited15 minutes before I got to the cash register as there were four people in line. Returned the food and gave them my receipt... showed them that it was the wrong order. They placed another order in and I waited another 10-15 minutes, but still no food. Asked for the manager... and requested a refund... going on 35-40 minutes now and the manager finally handed me my money back (16 bucks and some change). I left with no food. Worst McDonald's experience EVER... a 1-star performance at best. They should call the service at this location: "Slow Food"... or in my case, No Food. I'm so done...
Read moreGenuinely one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had.
From the moment we began placing our order, the staff was noticeably rude and inattentive. We were made to repeat our order no fewer than seven times, which was both frustrating and unnecessary. When we pulled up to the window, we were once again asked—rather rudely—to repeat the order.
Upon receiving our food, the bag was abruptly shoved into our hands with no greeting or confirmation. Wanting to make sure everything was correct, we checked the bag and noticed that two of the four hash browns we had ordered were missing. We showed the receipt to the employee, who immediately began arguing with us and claimed we had not ordered four.
After showing the receipt again, another employee eventually came out from the back with two hash browns and said they would “let it slide this time,” implying we were somehow at fault. The hash browns were then carelessly shoved into the bag—damaged in the process—and the bag was tossed toward us. To make matters worse, we were not given our receipt back. The cherry on top being that our food was ice cold.
I am absolutely appalled by the level of service we received. As a long-time McDonald’s customer, I’ve never been treated with such disrespect and hostility. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I hope appropriate action will be taken to ensure this doesn’t happen to other customers...
