Starbucks — Restaurant in Gainesville

This was the first time have ever been humiliated in a coffee shop and I won't be back! Unless this site changes their staffing. I placed a mobile order and got the notification it was ready. I went in the shop, went to the appropriate letter marker on the counter, saw my drink and went to grab it. That's when it went bad. As I had my hand on my drink, Ronnie grabbed it and started to yelled at me. She asked me my name and I gave it to her. She continues to hold onto my drink and continues to yell at me. She yells that "for further reference, you do NOT just grab your drink, a barista has to hand it to you". She scolded me like I was a child. Definitely the worse Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve have them multiple chances cause it’s convenient being in the hospital. The frappes are always way too liquidy. Basically just a cold coffee. I’ve tried getting them to remake it and they can’t get it right. Also tried getting different frappes still same thing. Not only the consistency of them but the taste is off as well.
