They need to educate the staff or hire more friendly employees. I came to the counter and looked around at the menu board from afar and the young lady pictured gave me a look of disgust and as if I was some poor peddler. Well when I asked her a question she looked at me with an attitude ( The kind someone gives you if they donât think you can afford whatâs being sold). I asked her was she ok and why the attitude. Moving forward⊠I noticed their was an option for tea. I asked the same young lady the MG level of the black teas with caffeine ( avg. can range from mild to high :10,20,30,40 etc) She did not know the answer and asked the lady working with her both looked like they were a deer in headlights. So I just thru a totally off based number out there and she went with it. WOW!! Really??!!Almost every company that sells tea has a chart mild , moderate, high and has the information of caffeine levels posted somewhere. So what if someone can only have a certain MG of caffeine? You would think a hospital would have this information posted somewhere. No where to be found and the two working? They really love their job or making fun of customers. Unbeknownst to them, the young lady that came behind me in line was my aunt and heard them murmuring negative antics about me asking questions. Learn to treat your customers with a little more respect. After all : WE ARE PAYING YOUR BILLS BY PURCHASING ITEMS!! Anyone visiting this location? Beware of the actions of asking questions. I normally buy a coffee and use the complimentary coffee bar to make my own drink with the provided cream and sugar. Itâs hospital coffee, Stick to the very basics, so you wonât be disappointed. Because all of their fancier teas & matchas are terrible. (Honestly even the vanilla latte we ordered was a let down) I feel bad for the workers/students that have no other choice. Absolutely abysmal if youâre looking for a morning pick me up.
