Management, you should train employees to have a smile when they are in front of customers. And at least make belief that you care for the business that your customers are bringing, to pay your salaries. IT ONLY TAKES A SECOND TO SMILE AT SOMEONE and make them feel like you appreciate them. We all go through things in life but we need to learn not to bring them to work.
Update: Went ahead and gave them a try, Teriyaki chicken was burnt(see pictures) and the Honey Chicken, the flavor was delish on make believe fried flour balls. You hardly get any chicken, it’s mostly the fried flour. Management these are simple things that managers should be paying attention. Unless is meant to be like that😢

Read moreDrove 6 miles on my lunch break to grab something to eat from a restaurant that clearly has there hours displayed as 10:30am Monday -Saturday but when I pull up into the drive thru I am told that they are not opening until 11:30am today and to come back then. I try to ask why or what the issue is and I am immediately screamed at and told to get lost and to go somewhere else my business isn’t needed and they have stuff to do. I was completely shocked and taken back by this ladies lack of customer service and experience, she laughed numerous times and she kept telling co workers to shut the window when I pulled around to confront them. This was a very poor experience and I will definitely never visit this location again for anything not even a cup of ice. The employees have no respect or customer service knowledge. I would highly recommend that you proceed with caution when visiting this location because if they are doing stuff like this to customers there is no telling what takes place inside that kitchen when no one is looking. Read moreToday I ordered 2 family meals and my girlfriend also ordered 2 family meals. We showed up at the time reserved. Not only did we waited for 30 minutes before receiving our meals, but also there's 1 broccoli beef missing! (Unfortunately, we found out about this when we were back home having dinner, and we don't want to drive back to the Panda Express store which is 20 minutes away.)
We ordered 3 broccoli beef (most I can see is green, no beef in sight). I guess the staff didn't count correctly. So we only received 2. We should have checked the number before we left the store, but our experience at the other panda express was good, so we trusted Panda, but uh oh. Will not go back to this store (Archer) again, the other one in our town was good, but now they disabled online ordering feature?
