Khalid store nice people excellent management excellent employees. I was recently in the Northwest Walmart and the northeast Walmart and those two Walmarts really are so poorly red wood compared to this target. Now I will say that the Southwest Walmart near this target is much better run but it's so overrun with people that I think their staff is usually swamped from 3 4:00 to probably about 8 or 9 p.m. because of all the people that are flooding in there. So the Northeast the Northwest Walmart are practically Ghost Town stores and the people there are quirky and act a little different maybe it's because there's almost no went there and they got nothing else to do with their time. But when I compared the target at the attitude of the employees compared to the general overall attitude of say the Northwest Walmart there was absolutely no comparison in employees and management either. It's down Target is a better Road organization that any Walmart I've ever dealt with or worked with as a consultant or vendor or as a customer. Now with that said there's a number of things I like about Walmart in the southwest Walmart is my Walmart of choice. But I was really impressed with the Butler Plaza Walmart with how much and how far they have come it off read more grocery items and I was working with some of the grocery personnel as a consultant vendor and they were very helpful and I was very impressed with their displays at all there products offered. The prices in some instances where a little higher than Walmart but it looked kind of like to be to be a Publix version of Walmart. I think people around here know exactly what that implies. It was it's like a higher class higher-quality version of what Walmart is. So maybe just paid a small percentage higher on sale items is worth it. So that's why General taking impression from the inside looking out in from the outside lucky did from all three Walmarts are in the woods Southwest Butler Plaza Target which I also worked in and have shop there many times has a customer. Good job Target. I guess would you been overwhelmed by competition from Walmart you have to strive to be the best you could be and you're doing an excellent job at it and I will be coming back to your store did you were shopping there as I've just about had enough of Walmarts in consistency and crowded lives where I have to wait 3240 minutes this to check out a few items so sometimes what I've gotten some phase that I need to pick up and I checked every single line and they're so backed up that I just go ahead and put the items back or I just pushed the buggy to the front customer service and said you're just too busy I can't wait here another 30 or 40 minutes to get checked out for six items so here's your stuff I'm just going to leave and I don't know why they just can't hire for cashiers during the rush hour from 3 to 8 that's 5 hours. They're always backed up like mad I did the self-checkout Lanes Bruce Logue faster but those legs are sometimes 30 and 40 customers deep. It's just ridiculous how backed up at store is it how busy it is. Now I do like the store overall but takes far too long to get checked out. So I think if I'm going to use Walmart here in Butler Plaza might just go ahead and use the online order service and have everything delivered here to the house it just try that out I think there's a $10 off For the initial order. So baby that's what Walmart's trying to do it around about way. If they're so backed up it so congested between 3 and 8 or 9 p.m. the people are going to get sick of standing in line and maybe they'll just catch up on it start staying home and just ordering their groceries or having them already packaged it paid for it. They just come to the pickup location and then have some let them know that they're there and then have someone just pushed the buggy out to the car that they could have it loaded. That's another way of doing it. Or they can have it custom delivered to their house or some kind of a fee. I think my friends have everything pre-ordered & just pick...
Read moreSuper crowded when we visited on a weekend afternoon. Lots of overpriced items. Many items on display were dirty or dusty showing slow turnaround, or just bad cleaning practices. A large number of customers not social distancing even if floor signs indicate otherwise. Store layout is also very dull. The wife and I were not encouraged to look around for other items that we might be interested in buying. Overall, this Target seems to be running the business as though it was still pre-covid...lots of customers wearing masks under their noses although all employees were masked. No employees wearing gloves, especially cashiers who interact with plenty of people during their shifts. This is another major corporation not taking precautionary steps to ensure the safety of its customers and employees. What happened to safety first? Anyway, we are not returning to this Target in favor of a less crowded, better organized department store. We only came here since we had a gift card. Nothing we experienced there motivated us to plan...
Read moreWent to Best Buy for a TV for my mom's room. Really appreciated the staff not hounding us about sales or even hovering. They asked if we needed help and then left us alone until we had we asked questions.
The model wasn't in stock but we ordered it easy and the staff helped up pick out a good mount and some conduit to hide the wiring. As soon as it was ordered for in store pickup I got two emails for receipt & delivery status as well as a text on delivery status. I like that convenience.
As a note it could have been delivered to the house but I know my UPS driver and when the staff load the trucks for the drivers it isn't always pretty so that's why I chose the store pickup for the TV. I have used home delivery for less expensive items but it's asking for problems for a delicate piece of electronics. =) A good...
