We stumbled upon Raining Berries as we walked down University as it's located at the base of a lease condo complex. We went in for our usual Lattes and Café Mochas which were Good and I had the three pancakes with fruits. The pancakes 🥞 were Not as fluffy or as large as one might think But the three topping choice they give you makes up for it, I had the strawberries, blueberries, and banana 🍌 toppings which were Fresh. Next day we returned, and the place was much busier than day prior. My son, ordered the egg 🥚 and cheese 🧀 bagel 🥯, and my wife and I the Avocado 🥑 toast. All our food was tasty and arrived by name call out whenever a dish was ready, so not ALL at the same time, which is fine. What could have been better was the service time ⏲️, our food took a VERY long time to be served, and though the place was busy it wasn't overwhelmingly so. Either way we were in No rush so it was Okay. They also offer smoothies, with or without proteins and the serving sizes are comparable to other coffee shops. In fact, their 20oz comes in a mason jar, which you get to keep. The place itself is Big, VERY Clean, and VERY Welcoming. Most of the tables have built in charging ports for phones, laptops 💻 and such. There is also an enclosed study room to really have your quiet time, meeting, coffee ☕️ and/or food. I’ve passed by this place a few times, but today they had a tent up with prizes to win that enticed me to actually try it out.

I ended up getting the sweet dreams toast which was absolutely delicious. If you’re a Nutella lover like myself, you 100% need to get it because they lather it in Nutella.

My friend got the coffee cake and said it was tasty. It was soft and not dry at all.

None of the items on the menu are overpriced and you definitely get your moneys worth.

The staff here are very friendly and were very welcoming. The shop is also really well decorated and a nice study spot. They even have a little study room which is smart being next to the university.

Food was meh and over-priced. Place was empty atunch time. Servers seemed nice enough but food was delivered all 3 at separate times. Everyone in my party lamented not trying the other close by options. It was over 60 for 3 ppl because we got smoothies we threw away. Place was over decorated but could.have been nice on a rainy day.
